Perfecto

El hotel huele a limpio desde que entras !! El chico de la recepción Manuel , super amable y atento! El hotel muy bonito por dentro, limpio y buenas instalaciones. Hemos tenido media pensión y la verdad que todos los productos eran de calidad ! Los cocineros muy amables y trabajadores, no paraban de sacar cosas al momento. La chica de la limpieza, Barbara, nos dejaba todos los días la habitación impecable! Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. Muchas gracias!

Very average hotel with no soul

Nice staff Common areas (swimming pool, garden etc)

Rooms are poorly equipped, not cozy at all, tiles on the floor and no slippers provided! Hairdryer was very old Did not like the breakfast: variety of food but of poor quality Situated far from Playa Blanca’s center

Worst experience ever

Hotel is on a nice location

Worst experience ever, the room was literally falling apart, found bug in my food, and the staff did nothing after that, they only offered one lunch to make up for their mistake, but the lunch was horrible cause they narrowed what I can take. Also they left a wine bottle in my room for an apology and the wine cost only 3 euro which doesnt make up for all mistakes they have done...it was actually embarrassing for me cause they found me a non important guest in their Hotel and my whole stay they left that impresion on me. Since I was a solo traveler it wasnt in their interest to make my stay as much as comfortable, they gave me room on very loud hallway were cleaning ladies would gater around and chat and pound very loudly early in the morning, at night it was also very loud. The hotel needs an renovation, I couldnt close the door properly a was affraid that someone would come in. Also there are a lot of coachroaches, beware you could bring one with you home. The food was average. No value for money, for the hotel with 4 stars this is really bad. I will never return.

No te lo pienses, reserva, merece la pena

Desde las recepcionistas, simpatía, amabilidad, profesionalidad, personal del restaurante, limpieza, todo de 10. Hotel de 4 estrellas, que equivale a uno de 5 , lo mires por donde lo mires ,buffet, detalles para cumples , una pasada, muy muy contentos, repetiríamos sin duda , seguid asi, bravo!!

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

top Ferienwoche in einem eigentlich tollen Hotel mit Booking-Mängeln

Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet top, 1 x à la Carte als Highlight, alles bestens organisiert

absolut schlecht war die interne Kommunikation der Reception, wir haben bei booking mit Datumsflexibilität gebucht, das konnte nicht eingehalten werden, bis zum letzten Aufenthaltstag waren die Mitarbeitenden der Reception nicht über unser Anliegen informiert, wir haben schlussendlich infolge Datumsänderung eine Nacht zuviel bezahlt und mussten für die erste zusätzlich gebuchte Nacht noch einen Aufpreis bezahlen, das Hotel verwies auf booking.com - booking.com verwies auf das Hotel!

Beautiful hotel, lovely sea front location and super helpful staff. I would go again.

Food was excellent, view and facilities were great. The staff were extremely helpful, they made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff did a great job, quality of food was good (especially the Friday evening special) and they were so professional very well organized and quick. Couldn't fault them.

The outdoor seating for the dining area was a bit small, most seating was inside without the lovely view, though we managed to sit outside mostly. You do need your own transport, though there is easy access to the coastal path.

los espectaculos empezaban demasiado pronto ,coincidiendo con la hora de la cena.

A brilliant hotel but certain aspects let it down a little.

Structurally and architecturally this is a great hotel. At whichever angle and whatever time of day if looks great even with its size. There is a certain tranquility and elegance that one can only admire despite the number of guests being present. The staff were very good and hard working, everywhere was so clean and the central tropical garden within the hotel, a masterpiece. I am not sure why the main entrance has to be quite so cavernous but it does seem to work. One thing that rarely gets a mention is that there are three really good restaurants within 100 metres of the hotel. The small A la Carte restaurant at the hotel was also excellent...if you could get a table.

The one area that was not a joy, was breakfast. I appreciate feeding 500+ people within 2 hours is never easy, but for many days it was just a huge scrum of people and one day it almost came to a stand still with people aimlessly wandering around lost with plates in their hands. There was a lot of choice but staples like the sausages and bacon were pretty poor quality. At least one of the four coffee machines was not working every day and on the penultimate day all four were out of action. No staff seemed to know what to do except open up the machine and press a button. Which never worked. Too often there were no cereal bowls which led to people having to hang around making it even more crowded. Apart from the great centre piece the two main wings of the restaurant were more like charmless canteens and so all this was so different to all that was good about the hotel. Only other gripe would be that there seemed to be too little information about the hotel and information signs. People often looked lost or did not know that some things existed.

Un paradis les pieds dans l'eau

L'hôtel est magnifique, que ce soit la réception et le Hall, la salle de restauration, les chambres, la vue sur mer. Le personnel est adorable, à la réception, au restaurant, en passant par les femmes de chambres qui ont toujours une petite attention. Nous avons la chance d'être surclassées à notre arrivée, dans une belle suite au 3eme étage et nous remercions énormément l'hôtel pour ce geste. Moi qui n'était pas partie à l'étranger depuis très longtemps, j'ai vraiment apprécié d'avoir une grande chambre, au calme, sans vis à vis. Le buffet est grandiose et surtout très bon.

La température de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi, trop limite pour pouvoir vraiment en profiter. Peut être réfléchir à une augmentation de la chaleur ou à une piscine chauffée couverte

Disappointing

Nice pool area and good location for walking along the seafront

The property is old and dated. The check-in was slow and antiquated. The room was in need of a refurb as its tired as was the bathroom and soft furnishings/bedding etc. The air conditioning was extremely poor and practically non-existent and not any better after we complained. Bottled water was only provided in the rooms every 3 days even though the room itself are overly stuffy and it very hot & humid outside. When we opened the balcony doors to get more air we were bitten by mostiquos. The breakfast buffet was more quantity over quality and disappointing. There wasn't any pool service to loungers.

We’ve stayed there before and have recommended it to others. Our family live nearby and we opted to treat ourselves for my Birthday.

Had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay in this hotel.

Loved the hotel rooms and the general look if the hotel. Pool area is beautiful and the setting was fantastic. Lovely location right on the sea front. Would definetly go back I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Thought that the beds should have been double rather than 2 singles together. Needs a shuttle bus service to the yown centre due to the demand for taxis. Gym needs updating. Pool could do with a few repairs to tiles.

Brilliant stay.

Superb

Great hotel only 2kms or so outside Playa Blanca main area but easily accessible via a lovely promenade walk and €5 for a taxi if need be. Situated on the coast so it was great just to step outside the gates by the pool area to get to the promenade. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Very good options for breakfast including a gluten free range where needed. Would definitely visit again.

A few of the tiles in the pool area need replacing.

Magnificent!

You could add a sumptuous breakfast for 15 E /day. A little too much for us but it looked delicious! Great pool and spaces all around.

Found some dead bugs now and then (ugh) but I guess that means disinfection works. Location a little bit out from city, had to walk 8 minutes for nearest market and always used car or e-scooter for move from and to.

Convenient room size, silent surroundings, stunning views, kind restaurant staff. Great salad bar at dinner. Nice evening concerts. Great location.

Cleaning lady woke is up twice 😅 Desserts at dinner are under the standard. Pools outside are not heated (or at least we did not felt that way).

Unforgettable holiday in Lanzarote

Excellent resort directly on Playa Blanca seafront. Lovely position, I suggest a car / taxi to go in to the city of Playa Blanca. Breakfast and dinner for all tastes (included vegan and vegetarian). Excellent choice of daily fresh fish and also meat. The resort offers entertrainment every day and night. I confirm the elderly clientele from other reviews. Our flight back was early in the morning and I could book an early breakfast. Top! Everything was very clean, the staff is courteus. Our room had a lovely sea view, it was very spacious and had a very comfortable shower.

Maybe there are not enough sun beds for all the guests. I was here in March and the hotel was fully booked. Dinner until 09:00 pm could be not practical for those who are making all day excursions.

Food vg. Consistently good. Friendly staff one exceptional dinning room manager. One VG chef. V clean and tidy throughout. Room cleaning staff VG. On average vg entertainment both upper bar 7-9 and Later evening. Good gym. VG pools.

Staff was not very friendly and i had to wait for my room a fair bit. Had the feeling they were not treating me as nicely, because I was on my own and only there for one night.
