The staff were polite and friendly. The meals were not much to our liking.
Our TV was playing up, water was dripping from the basin in the bathroom causing flooding and I didn’t get hot water at shower time during those 2 days.

They refused to arrange a taxi for me to leave the resort, instead they charged me 3500 and promised to arrange a shuttle for me to get to Batangas grand bus terminal.
But it end up in a car instead of a so called shuttle, they virtually charged me 3500pesos for a car and for only 30km! That's over 100 pesos per km. I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life!
BTW, when I arrived 2 days ago, I took a taxi at the cost of 915 pesos, for the same 30km!
Crazy staff, indeed needs some attention from the management!

The location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the quietness of the place. I love the pool and the sunset view is the best! if you’re looking for a quiet resort, I totally recommend this!
The rooms are outdated but still manageable. You need to pay for the wifi so you can access it in your room.

This hotel has wonderful staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, especially the grilled fish. The location is amazing, really quiet and serene, sweet among the trees and right on the oceanfront! The snorkeling in front of the hotel was some of the best I did all weekend! Such a lovely variety of fish.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The menu food was basic, I recommend bringing snacks.
If you are expecting fancy, than perhaps you should consider another hotel. The rooms are a little outdated and need some attention but are clean and spacious.

The staff are just fine
The pathway going to the location is horrible and the rooms are indescribable. We booked for 3days 2nights but we left the next morning after staying there for a night. We cannot stand the bed bugs, and the smell of the room itself. The worst room that we stayed ever. We definitely wont come back.

The room and facilities were fine - though pretty basic. The location is good and the snorkelling also good - plenty of fish just off shore.
Given the price and the fact that you had no choice but to eat at the restaurant, the food was very poor. There were no vegetarian choices (even though the menu shown on line said you could get pizza or pasta) at all. Even when ordering an egg sandwich they put bacon in it. The fish dishes were not fresh at all - the fish was chewy or not well cooked - probably out of the freezer. While the snorkelling was good, there was too much garbage in the sea - either floating in the water or on the bottom of the ocean or on the beach. While Eagle Point may not be the cause of this, it would improve a visitors experience if they cleaned up a little. In the room the water pressure was too low to shower and there was no bucket and scoop to use. The guide for snorkelling put in very little effort. The reef pool is not teeming with fish as the website says - just one or two. The shuttle bus is dirty and in poor condition.

-secluded location, you get total privacy as non guests are not allowed in the resort
-most rooms have terrace and view of the sea
-private shuttle from gate to the resort only for guests
-breakfast served was plenty and delicious. even the restaurant food was delicious (ordered the bulalo)
-great sunset view, romantic feels
-free billiards and pingpong
-getting to the property was a bit difficult. road was very narrow and could fall off if driver is not careful
-since the resort is far from the main road and pathway is difficult, its best to buy necessities/food before getting to the resort because getting out will be a hassle.
-door knobs were old and rustic, difficult to lock/unlock the door
-no free wifi in the rooms. they charge Php 168/device. the resort should provide free wifi in the future
