The villas are beautiful and the staff are very kind and accomodating
Not the fault of the property but there were so many mosquitos.

Nothing!! The surroundings full of abandoned buildings, creepy!
Charge upfront at booking, when i arrived it was too creepy to stay I decided to cancel because it was such a disappointment. BUT, they still charge me in full amount

Lovely and huge villa about 1500sq feet. AC worked well but only in bedrooms. The main room with kitchen, living and dining room had no insulation. We kept bedrooms closed to decrease AC loss and mosquitoes in bedroom. Best breakfasts in Vietnam that were included with cost of stay. Could order it off menu, but Saturday was an all you can eat buffet.
The front desk ordered bus ride directly from their lodge resort to Nha Trang. They got us a sleeper bus that cost discounted 200K per person. They picked us up on the highway in front of resort at 2:30pm and we got to Nha Trang no problem around 630pm with one restroom stop. Have them call for bus. We did not need a ticket, just paid when he picked us up.
The advantage of being so isolated was also its disadvantage, if you don’t have car. Need to have them call for a taxi because we tried calling for a grab to go into Mui Ne and none ever came. But we only waited a few minutes before canceling the ride. It says it costs around 177K to go to town center. It was perfect because the kids were sick with high fevers and it allowed them to recuperate in such a large dwelling. The pool was excellent. The registration desk and restaurant are close to beach, not at the street highway road. Beach water was a bit rough and a herd of cows are walked down the beach to graze at an abandoned property two doors down.
Felt very private as if no other people there.
Isolated from main town. But it is great if you don’t need to go anywhere. Otherwise awesome place!

pool was nice. very quiet
villa had a bit of mold and would benefit from a fresh paint job.

Very big villa and privacy
We book villa with jacuzzi but we couldn’t use it. It was not ready , too dirty with leaves, fruit fall in down. The big sofa outside also not ready to do.
In pool area: too poor service
Be careful with the depth of pool- one part is 1.95m and no rescue person

We came here several times and it iw aslways wonderdul. This time, we have the 3 rooms villa which is so big and very convenient for big families (one bedroom on the ground floor and w on the 1st floor). The staff is very friendly, kind, professional and helpful. The food, especially the breakfats, is very good.

Excellent sized villas with private gardens and all secure so our 3 dogs could have the freedom to explore and play for hours.
Kitchen meant we were able to cook some nights for ourselves.
Super friendly staff and excellent swimming pool.
Nice and quiet location with easy access to the beach.
Good range of cocktails, wines and beers and staff were happy to cater for drinks and food to be arranged at your villa if you didn't feel like staying in the bar/restaurant.
Beach was not well maintained. A lot of rubbish even in front of the property. Although quiet and fine for dog walks, more effort could be made to maintain the cleanliness of the beach directly in front of the property.
Food was average and restaurant/bar very dated looking. Did not match the quality of the villas, gardens or swimming pool area of the accommodation.
That being said, for 2 adults and 3 dogs looking for a quiet and peaceful trip to the beach, none of the above were so problematic that we wouldn't come again. In fact, we are already considering our next visit.

It is small resort with 17 villas of 2/3 bedrooms. Nice gardening and swimming pool.

the only reason we booked here was because they take dogs. we have stayed there before many years ago. the pool area is stunning… really lovely to sit around the pool. the 2 bedroom villas are nice and traditional in style.
the reception area and restaurant really let the place down. it is tired and I’m welcoming. also the beach is not well looked after and the beach furniture is falling apart.
also the location isn’t great. it is a 20 min drive to the area with bars and nice restaurants. you would expect that because of its remote location the hotel would make the public spaces really stunning so you don’t feel the need to leave the resort, but the restaurant and public spaces (including the beach) are so poor here that you want to go out.

jacuzzi did not work, not the best dinner place, one day had forgotten protection against mosquitoes, used facilities too long, sometimes stuff is not very helpful. bad wifi. took payment twice.

The breakfast was basic but suitable for European tastes.
We have been visiting the resort for over 10 years. The pool area is still lovely. We spent most of the time in it. The 3 bedroom villas are now a little tired and could do with a little TLC to bring them up to a better standard.

Excellent hotel for beach and/or pet lovers. The location is by far the best in Mui Ne and so is the pool. Service is good, in particular the new manager is very friendly and helpful
The beds could be more comfortable.

Beautiful resort and well maintained despite few guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a 3 bedroom villa with plenty of space. The restaurant was also quite good and served a good breakfast with vietnamese options but also western choices. Nice beach too, but we almost spent more time in the big pool.
The location is indeed a bit remote, which was no problem since we had our own car. You could also rent motorcycles there we were told. Takes about 15min. to Mui Ne center.

the manager, the design, the location
breakfast ended too early. the staff did not speak english

location well away from noise & business of Muine, but still an easy commute. Calm, relaxing atmosphere and friendly, accommodating staff.
Mattress a little bit hard for western tastes, but villas are spacious and well equipped

Beautiful pool, comfortable bed in villa with shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room
Very far from anything so you will pay in time and money. Very expensive for villa but you have to share majority of the space with another guest.

Dogs are welcome here! Our pup was free to roam the property and run along the beach which is why we chose to stay here.
Far away from the main strip so you get the feeling of escape - if that’s what you’re after.
The common areas are not air conditioned - it is open air and therefore quite hot and damp during the day and allows many mosquitoes to come in freely at night. Be sure to bring repellent!
Location is far from the main strip where the restaurants are. On site restaurant is available but food quality is quite average.

The breakfast was amazing. So many options for both meat eaters and vegetarian.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Massage was amazing
Cocktails were good
The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay 200k for the bbq, when I thought it was included in the price as it was under the facilities.
7.0
The fact our dogs could roam freely
Our villa was filled with mosquitos. I had over 20 bites. Staff made no effort to improve this.
It is far away from everything. No atm, no supermarket.

We visited with our 2 dogs. The villas are walled in with a very spacious garden, each villa has a lovely “hot” tub (it’s not hot water) to sit in. The mini bar has a great wine selection. The food was really good. The swimming pool was beautiful.
The bathroom was a bit smelly.
The cleaners threw away anything that they interpreted as “rubbish”, so I lost some boxes for face creams.
The beach either side of the resort had a lot of rubbish.
On the last day our ride was supposed to arrive at 730, we checked out at 7.25 but found out at 730 that the driver wouldn’t be there for another 4 hours. We asked straight away if we could sit in the garden of our villa as original check out was 12 (and about 60% of villas were empty) but they told us we couldn’t as they wanted to clean the room. When we went back to get our luggage at 11 the room still hadn’t been cleaned.
As it was low season it was quite far to go from the pool to the restaurant to order drinks.
It is very far from town, if you want to go in, taxis are pricey.
