Bad.

Location. Nice staff.

Too many mosquitoes. The beach was very dirty, full of garbage. Karaoke noise from local residents until 11.30pm.

Pleasant

The beach is amazing and the pool is clean. Dog friendly is great

This was our third stay here at the hotel and it was not as good as the last two times we had been. The food wasn't great and was poor quality when we ordered room service and ate from the restaurant. There were so many mosquitos.

Perfect pet friendly resort

We chose this resort as it’s pet friendly but it exceeded all of our expectations! The rooms were clean and spacious, the resort was well maintained and peaceful and the staff were all very attentive. Breakfast was made to order from a good range of options and dinner was high quality and reasonably priced (although vegetarian options were slightly limited). The pool area is pretty and the beach was also very clean and quiet. Perfect resort for a relaxing weekend away from the city with our dog.

White sand beach like the name suggests.

This resort has a nice beach which is indeed white as the name suggests. The staff is friendly. Location is at the beginning of the strip where u can find many restaurants. Pet friendly

The resort is already a bit dated. Could use a renovation. Lunch was good, the breakfast could be better.

Parsdise with a pitfall

Great quiet location. We had a beach front bungalow with fantastic view of the beach and sea. Staff so so friendly and very helpful and so polite. food on site restaurant was good with a good varied choice too. When we had to cut our stay short the resort refunded for the unused nights.

We got bitten to death on the beach and on the balcony. Got so bad we cut our stay short as we couldn’t sit out without getting bitten. Despite having insect repellent on. Whilst we know the hotel can’t do anything about the insects around there it would have been nice to have been warned.

Dog friendly, lovely staff but needs a refurb.

Dog friendly and lovely staff, tthe actual site is pretty and beach is lovely.

The rooms are in need of a major renovation. The doors are warped so they no longer shut properly, leaving gaps for more mosquitos to get through, the roofs have gaps in them. The bathrooms need a major refurb, wobbly taps, no hot water- the price per night does not reflect this. The staff are wonderful and it is not their fault, as the the rooms are cleaned well and reception do their best to placate the guests. Once the rooms are redone I would be straight back!

location , the beach is beautiful and private. staff always so friendly!

Been here many times always enjoyed my stay and always recommend to my friends. sometimes the beach has sand flies it’s random throughout the year. this time they were bad I wish staff would have warned me at check in I could have taken precautions. I was there on a Monday so resort was mostly empty but they chose to do maintenance on the walkway in front of my beach bungalow while the other 10 had no guest. they crew apologized they didn’t know which rooms had guest - but they had already started pouring concrete so they had to keep going until finished.

Doggy paradise!

It's so great to stay at a place in Vietnam that welcomes dogs. The main reason we stayed here is that our dog could join,and I'm glad we did. Private beach, quiet and beautiful gardens.

The pool is in the full sun, so is constantly warm.

Very disappointed. Room rate is too high vs. quality of the room.

Nothing, except staff's attitude!

- No hot water for bath; the shower is really not good with a small water lines out; - Air-conditioners in the rooms was not working properly = it only blew a hot so that we could not sleep almost the night; it makes so big noisy during the night. - poor stuff for personal clean-up, such as very low quality of tooth-cleaning up brush, cream, etc. - main door and kitchen window has NO curtain for privacy; - bed mattress, blanket had a musty smell

beautiful location. nicely planned resort, plenty of shade/gardens, right on big beach, decent variety of food and drink, loved that dogs are permitted.

problem with ants in our room, massage was disappointing.

Peaceful atmostphere, good beach and nice staff

Nice beach and really appreciated the “pet friendly” policy, all staff are so nice even with furry guests. Good breakfast and meals. Nice pool also.

It looked old fashioned style and facilities are outdated, some didn’t work and I think it would be good if they were reinnovated.

Beautiful beach, fantastic clean rooms. Staff were always helpful and kind. Pool was lovely and relaxing and they have a great atmosphere. Our dog loved the beach.

Food was overpriced for what it was and the food quality at times was not great.

Great place for a relaxing time, but there isn’t much to do around there at the moment.

we traveled with two dogs , one is really barky. The staffs were excellent and friendly with the dogs , which make it a lot less stressful for us. The beach is always clean and quiet

Most of the gym equipment don’t work and needed an upgrade. many of the services like massages weren’t available due to COVID , the pool was out of action while we were there.

Excellent place to stay!

We came here for the long holiday weekend as we wanted to escape the city. The hotel is lovely and has everything you could possibly want. You are right on the beach and it is kept very clean. The pool is nice, there is a games room and plenty of areas to choose from to chill out. We rented the beachfront room and enjoyed our private balcony facing the sea. It is a little further away from the main area, however that is exactly what we wanted and reception helped us to rent a motorbike so we could explore. The reason we chose to stay here was because they are listed as pet friendly and they are very welcoming. It was nice to be able to take our dog for walks and even to breakfast and feel comfortable doing so! :)

The only area this hotel could improve would be on the food and cocktails. It is very Vietnamese style western food and some dishes were hit and miss, even local dishes could have been slightly better. The cocktails also never really quite lived up to expectations, however, there are lots of places to eat in the main part of town, just a taxi or bike ride away.

Very good

Loved how dog-friendly there were. We would not have found the place otherwise. It was nice, quiet, and only a short drive into Mui Ne proper.

Had a little issue with mosquitos in the room and didn't love the style of the net they had over the bed.

The staff is very accommodating. It would be better though if many can speak English. The lady at the restaurant was extra helpful. And our fur baby really enjoyed her stay.
