Das Frühstück war hervorragend, vor allem das viele Obst und Gemüse hat uns begeistert.
Die Lage direkt an der Moldau ist sehr fein, und der Fußweg in die Altstadt sehr kurz.

The room was homey. The shower had fantastic pressure. Monika was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh and timely. Location in historical part of town. Walk to everything. Apple map directions were very helpful to get to the place.
Part of the road is very narrow but passable if you drive very slowly. It is due to the location in a very old part of town.

Breakfast was delicious and variety good.
Wanted a portion of scrambled egg to be cooked a bit longer which was rejected by the kitchen staff.

Everything was great!
How narrow the street is to access the location.

This is a family business and everyone was super friendly, nice and helpful. The Penzion is in a convenient location close to the castle and downtown. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to come back.

The stay totally exceeded our expectations. We got room on the top floor with a stunning view which made our weekend in Cesky Krumlov an unforgettable experience. The owner was very welcoming and even was happy to let us check in a bit later than allowed as our bus had arrived quite late. Our room was nicely clean and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful with many restaurants around (yet nicely quiet) and very close to the city center. Their breakfast was was amazing too! If we travel to CK again in the future, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!:)
Nothing! Everything was perfect!:)

This was a most marvellous 5 night stay at Penzion Kapr. A faultless location right on the quiet side of the river between two of the bridges into the old town. The reception was warm and the hosts so accommodating throughout the stay. Safe parking was available just a short 100 away along the riverside although large cars are not recommended along Rybarska. It’s very narrow. Rooms cleaned and tidied everyday. Everything fresh and spotless. Really comfortable beds. Rooms very spacious and nicely laid out.
Because of its position on the river, just walking out of the reception every y was a joy. Cooking meats, wood fires and the rush of the river over the weirs were magical.
Thank you for the perfect stay.

The room was large and beautiful. The view of the river was lovely, though through very small windows. Comfortable beds. Giant bathtub. The breakfast was adequate. Location was excellent. Quiet.
Very sketchy internet.
Don't expect services you'd receive at a hotel. We arrived at 12:15 after an exhausting trip, in cold, wet weather. We desperately needed to use the restroom. The place was locked. We called the manager. She told us we'd have to wait until check-in at 1:00 because she was away from the property, eating lunch. I explained our circumstances, and she repeated that check-in was 1:00. We had to stay with our luggage. Luckily, a nearby tavern allowed us to use the restroom and warm our hands at the fireplace.
The same issue came up at our departure. Check-out was at 10 am. Our transport wasn't due until 12:30. At first, the manager said we couldn't stow our luggage at the pension. After I pleaded with her, she called the owner, who said that they'd make the accommodation of allowing us to keep the luggage in the breakfast room. However, the breakfast room would be locked, so one of us would have to stay with the luggage in the windowless breakfast room, otherwise we'd be locked out. We took turns going out until our transport arrived.

Kapr is located at the river side, just outside old town with great access but w/o noises and buzzing. Room was quite big with huge bad and modest bathroom. All coffee/tea appliances are outside the room but with easy access. Views from rooms on the 1st floor and up are lovely facing the river. Breakfast was pretty basic but tasty.
Only drawback was the parking space cost, it's not dedicated garage but just a place more or less 200m away for just shy of 20euros, pretty expensive. Keep in mind, that having wide car makes using this spot almost impossible, to get to Penzion you need to navigate through really tiny streets

The room had a great view of the river. The room was big and it had a large bathtub that my wife enjoyed. Very good breakfast, which included some homemade pastries that were delicious.
Unfortunately there were a few things that lowered my score for this location. We were on the first floor with a river view with a room above us. We could hear the people above us walking throughout the evening which made it annoying as they were constantly walking back and forth for hours and as the flooring was wood it was loud. The room had a musty smell to it, which is not a deal breaker but some room deodorizer might help. As mentioned we were on the first floor with a view but it seemed that just about everyone walking by had to stop and look into our window. This became very disturbing, especially during the early evening hours while we tried to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the river and then all of a sudden someone stops in front of the window looks in, some people actually stood there for a minute or two. Don’t think much can be done but be aware if you take the 1st floor room with a view.

It takes a bit of courage to reach the parking: Rybacka is an old historical and really narrow street. You will be fine with Fabia and similar size car, but modern blown up SUVs will not really fit through there.

Everything! Perfect location!

The location and the personal are really good. The hotel personals are very nice and they helped me a lot.
The only defect is the lack of sun blind in windows. At 6 clock of morning, the strong light shined in room through the curtains and awaked me up.

Friendly host. Excellent breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Ideal, quiet location with parking and only a short walk into the centre.

beautiful, spacious room with real stone accents and a chocolate on our pillow! accommodating hosts that were able to check us in late and allowed us to pay with card when we ran out of cash. the location is lovely, overlooking the water and is super walkable (like every place in that adorable town).
They forgot the towels for us and my friend and I didn't want to wake them in the later evening, but it's a simple mistake.
