Lovely rooms and wonderful staff

Lovely rooms - clean, spacious and had all that I needed. Very friendly staff. I have already booked my next stay!

Only issue was that the fridge was a bit too cold and thus froze my food - however this was handled really well by staff when I communicated this issue.

Good value, friendly staff, very clean and basic small kitchen is really useful

Good location. Very clean. Useful basic kitchen. Friendly staff.

This is just a personal opinion but, as at many motels/hotels in New Zealand, I find the beds very soft. Always gives me a sore back and you have to put up with the dreaded partner roll together. Again, the bed in this motel, at this price point, was about the usual New Zealand standard and this is just a personal annoyance.

affordable , good location, clean, comfortable and it has a spa bath, not that I had time to take one but most places do

clean and tidy. even though it was next to the main road it was still quiet and peaceful

not having a second toilet somewhere to do the number 2 but this is at no fault of the place I’m used to there being communal toilets at places I stay.

It’s was good stay.

Clean property. Close to Victoria esplanade but a quite a distance to most eateries and shops. Room facilities are ok. The room heating was good.

The room has a musty smell esp. the bathroom.

The shower was very small. The tv was sitting on a trolley unsecured and lopsided. The curtains were also a bit tacky..

Very roomy comfortable clean units. Extra towels provided. Unit was serviced well. Heat pump available. Easy parking.Highly recommend.

Great location - average accommodation.

Great location - that's why I chose this place as it was close to our event. On a main road, easy to find. The road is quite busy though and on the day we left there was a big event on so a bit difficult to get across the road.

Our room reeked of paint - solvent based, not water-based - I'm not sure the levels were safe because despite opening windows and patio doors, the smell was really strong and I woke up with a headache.

Friendly Helpful Nothing was any trouble Easy to find. Welcoming. The room was a good size. Lay out was great. Like the single beds in the room. Meant kids can go to sleep with distraction

Has all the basics you need, staff very friendly.

We got upgraded YAY , we stayed in the 2 bedroom. Was a generous size living area with 2 large couches & big table & chairs which meant our family staying in a smaller unit could come over and have dinner etc with lots of room for 2 families to hang out. Made all the difference to our stay. Thank you!

Water pressure. Could do with update, but still comfortable.

Superb

The location was in an area where most of the accommodations in Palmerston North can be found. This place will be good for people who will be staying to sleep over only and most probably eat outside.

We were not able to get adjacent rooms because of the accommodation layout of the place. There was a limited amount of kitchen tools to use, making cooking for your own meals not easy and there was no range hood so you have to be careful not to cook smelly foods.
