Breakfast is poor everyday its basically the same meals prepared.
The fixtures of furniture are poorly maintained, not sure if it was the room i got, but the TV's are old and can be upgraded because there wasn't any remote for the TV and I had to be using my hands to turn on and off the TV.

I expected a Jamaica or vegetable option. I got an omelette and coffee. While my husband got nothing as there was no other option.
Breakfast could have been better

Location close to amenities
Rooms were filthy. Air conditioning did not work. Fridge freezer was broken. No running water when we arrived late at night, though i understand that this may have something to do with the water curfews in Kingston, this should definitely have been mentioned on the website when booking. When the water finally came on, it was freezing cold throughout the duration of our stay. All of the above issues were reported to management on multiple occasions and they refused to assist or investigate the issue. We were staying in the hotel with 2 elderly family members (over the age of 80) and despite there being a slightly better room next door to ours, management told us that we could not move to that room, as it was bigger and would therefore require a higher fee. So they made us stay in the original room with all of the above issues and made our elderly family members walk between the rooms (in nightwear after showering) to use the shower that had mildly lukewarm water.
Luckily we had family living close by so ended up using much of their facilities.
The manager was utterly rude and honestly disgraceful. Upon checking out we were told that we could only receive a 10% refund FOR ONE NIGHT despite all of the above issues affecting all 8 members of our party for the entire duration of our stay!

I like the options for the complimentary breakfast and the location where I could easily get a taxi to travel to meetings
The paint on the walls are stripping and had to ask for additional amenities for which I was told would be available in rooms such as an iron.

Room was nice
I didn't get any breakfast as my order was forgotten.

The breakfast was very nice. I made sure I personally thank the cook for preparing 5-star food in a 1–2-star hotel. The maid that was assigned to my room was very friendly nice and helpful.
Unfriendly maids, TV with two channels, dirty furniture, slow draining bathtub, very low to the ground toilet bowl, Old worn-out bathroom towels and wash cloth.

There was this receptionist I think her name is karika she was superb. When I went there she told me to have a seat while she check the room to ensure that everything was perfect. I loved the room. I had a little problem with tv because I did not understand it and I called her about 1:00 and she came and fix it and also apologized. Customer service skill was great
I did not like the whole curry chicken for breakfast.

I liked nothing about this hotel. Only the staff made the horrible stay bearable.
I rarely give reviews, but I had to for this. Don't go to this place. My family and I went there, our room was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, the towel were dirty. When we checked in there was no water. The sheets were dirty with stains. The curtains had stains and did not cover the width of the window. I had a funeral early the next morning and I asked the front desk to please clean the room and change the sheets. The closet where the microwave and fridge is, they were dirty. The water from the shower did not drain.
My sister's room the iron did not work. The toilet bracked up. There was smell of sewage coming from the room. The wifi was not consistent and the cable did not work.
Horrible,horrible, horrible experience.
Thanks to Miss Claudette that tried her best. That was the only silver lining and the gateman.
Please do not waste time and money and stay there.

I did not like anything, staff very rude, facility below level, I booked my room with breakfast but it was never delivered.
While booking room was different but in reality nothing was there, even common things were not there in room. No tea or coffee available no coffee maker or any other things were there, not even hot water cattle provided.
It is my worst experience ever I had.
Everything need to be better
