Breakfast is good with home cooked sweets and vegetables. The host is helpful with local information.
The breakfast is a bit late at 8:30 am as we would like to make the most of the time there by going out earlier.

Very sweet owner, we felt like home. At breakfast we sat like a family around the table and talked. It was very nice for us, especially to taste traditional italian food.
Everything was so authentic and beautiful. You can also buy their home-made wine or olive oil. Amazing experience.
Thank you very much! Grazie mile!

Felt like a home-from-home. Very welcoming and comfortable. Quiet location too.
No issues. Was ideal for what we needed.

You are literally staying at a family's garden house, and have homemade breakfast prepared by the Nonna, and get a nice history lesson from Nonno. We got a handful of the most delicious plums from them. Nice, good value for the money in that area

The most outstanding and memorable part of our stay would be the breakfast and the lovely family running this Agritisimo. The breakfast is traditional Tuscan, with almost everything is either grown on the farm or certainly home cooked and prepared there. Fresh bruschetta, meats, frittata, fruits and other delicious bits!! It’s located just on the very outskirts of Florence so a drive/cab to the sites, but this is what we wanted as more rural and relaxing after the busy days of the site seeing in the city. Secure off road parking too.
The rooms are best described as rustic and certainly not modern, but this was to our taste and added to the lovely feel of being on a Tuscan farm.

forget about your own cooking, kitchen corner is very small and ancient; bathroom could use an upgrade

Old rustic place but clean and comfortable, very welcoming friendly hosts. They also recommended a good restaurant close by and owner of restaurant offered free delivery to the apartment. Good traditional breakfast in the room. private parking close by.
Bedroom window is on the room so any car that passes can be heard.
Bathroom window broken.
You can also hear the people in the other apartment talking as only a door is in between. The other people from the apartment knocked on the door as my baby was crying while she was washing but their dog was barking non stop!

Owner was wonderful, very kind and welcoming, entertaining and informative with all sorts of interesting historical facts and stories on Firenze. The breakfast itself was incredible, set up on a large terrace filled with plants, with homemade juice, cakes and jams, omelet and salami, fresh fruit and vegetables. Delicious! Room was spartan with rather rigid mattress but clean and well maintained.

The family running the place is very welcoming. We also received los of information about Florence and other sights in the area. Florence was easy to reach by local bus. Breakfasts are delicious with homemade food.
No issues.

What an amazing Italian family - they compensate for any imperfections including mosquitoes:) .
The breakfast was lovely with local products eloquently explained by nestor of the family - he also provided tens of stories about Tuscany and Florence - so we should have started the trip in Tuscany from his location :) .
Value for money was great and it’s close to historical centre of Florence - sadly somehow one needs to drive quite detours to get to the centre due to traffic restrictions … but still 20 min and you are there

Breakfast was home made and included an array of sweet and savoury delicacies. We sat outside on a terrace surrounded by vines chatting to the very friendly owners.
The toilet seat was loose which made it a little uncomfortable.

Cozy rooms and nice Tuscan breakfast with a lot of local produce. e.g. Farm produced Wine, Honey, Olive oil, jams and other preserves. Friendly and talkative host, who could tell us a lot about Tuscan region, which helped us fine tune our itinerary a great deal.
Property is well connected by public transport to Florence city
