Great friendly staff, everything we needed for our family

Clean, tidy and well presented Good size for our family Had quality appliances and and comfy beds Daily change of clean towels Close to where we needed to be for a sporting event

Unfortunately we had ants in the kitchen (appears maybe from the sugar sachets so we asked to have that removed) Some noisy neighbours but luckily that was only for the first night

Noise of Ambulances and police cars and other vehicles taking off at lights nearby. Noisey neighbours. Did not have a good sleep

Lovely clean accommodating facility with friendly, helpful staff. Would happily stay again great value for money.

Put off motel type properties because of neighbouring clienege

Location and room was comfy

The neighbouring clientele. Potentially a govt voucher system for emergency housing. There was an altercation at 2.30am in the room next door. And comings and goings all night.

Exceptional

Even though we arrived late, they texted key instructions to me. The room was beautiful. I chose to stay here because I had an appointment at the North Shore Hospital, and this Motel was a brisk 5 minute walk. However, should I need to stay in or near Auckland in the future, this Motel will be my at the top of my list. Unfortunately I filmed the room but did not take any photos

You could hear the people above walking and running around and the showers going almost nonstop.

Great location and easy access to the motorway. Very friendly staff.

Plenty of space and full kitchen facilities. Room for the kids to have their games and the beds were very comfortable.

Good place. Shame about the road noise

great location. Free parking. Clean rooms and well maintained.

The stay was good and the location was great. The only issue is the rooms go out onto an open air corridor and the traffic is very audible from early in the morning. I would look at changing the doors to the rooms to create a better noise barrier.

Great location, helpful and considerate team, we will definitely be staying here again

Location was important due to a family member being unwell in North Shore Hospital, staff were supportive of our needs allowing us early access to the room for my wife who was exhausted from being awake for over 24 hours

Spa bath flooded somehow but that could have been our daughter stuffing things up. There was nothing that caused us any trouble.

Great place.

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. Plenty of room to accommodate a wheelchair and nice close parking to my ground floor room. Would not hesitate to stay again. Nice easy walk to the beach and shops.

It was a comfortable and stressfree stay.

Location was close to work. The facilities were good.

You should type the password rather than write it. You couldn't distinguish between capitals or if it's numeral 0 or the letter O. There was also no sink or dish washing liquid to clean dishes.

For the price it was rather step considering the Musty funky smell. But it was handy to our venue.

Location to why we were staying up there, we could walk to the venue. Parking was good. Close to a supermarket. Friendly staff. Spa bath was a good bonus, it was nice to have a soak. Heating available was very good.

The room smelt stale, musty, pungent. It was a little off putting. Fan in bathroom noisy and the main lighting was dull. Brighter bulbs would have been better. Fridge setting that could not be adjusted which meant drinks were not as cold as we would have liked. Windows in the room the next morning had a lot of condensation on them, this might be why the room smelt funky.
