I like everything
8.0
1) First and foremost, the manager/owner Michelle - an extremely nice and helpful person
2) Very good location (a bit Tuscan in fact)
3) Beautiful view of the vineyards and countryside from the terrace
4) Great garden and recreation area
5) Peace, quiet, true Italian countryside
6) Delicious breakfast, although with remarks (read negatives)
7) Clean and large room with a large bathroom
8) Great rural setting
9) Delicious wines of own production
1) There was not a single chair or table to sit on in the room, while the bed was too high to sit on.
2) The double bed consisted of 2 mattresses that were easy to move from side to side, so at night you would fall into a hole in between
3) On our terrace there was only one metal chair and a recliner, so also on the terrace it was not possible to do anything sitting down, e.g. work with a laptop, writing, etc. The neighbouring terraces had tables.
4) A breakfast delicious, but there was very little of everything laid out. Sometimes we when came, sometimes others found lack of cold meats, cheese, bread. It was not possible to make extra to fill up because the catering plates were empty. Moreover, I did not understand the organisation of a breakfast, some people got other dishes (e.g. scrambled eggs) others did not, on the last day some German-speaking tourists arrived and they got an individual breakfast of a better quality, better bread, etc

A dream retreat with charm and hospitality
I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property and I can only rave about it! The location is simply fantastic - in the middle of a quiet environment that rewards you every morning with a breathtaking view of the valley. The atmosphere is almost magical and you immediately feel at home.
The landlord couple deserves special praise. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, and seem to guess their guests' every wish before it is even expressed. Your hospitality is truly outstanding.
I particularly liked the breakfast room, where you can quickly get into conversation with other guests. It's like being in a big family - you immediately feel welcome and can share wonderful moments.
An absolute highlight of my stay was the visit to the vinegar cellar, where the famous balsamic vinegar is made. It is particularly recommended to try the vinegar (SALO) with ricotta and a few drops of sweet SALO vinegar, for example - a real culinary delight.
All in all, I can highly recommend this accommodation. Anyone looking for peace, relaxation and warm hospitality has come to the right place. It was an unforgettable stay that I would like to repeat soon!

Great rural, picturesque location, with great views of the local vineyards and farms. Hosts were helpful, they let us use the washing machine on site to get our clothes clean. Good facilities for cooking which was super helpful. Breakfast was good with easy access into the city but a car is necessary! Room was nice, it had a shared balcony with a view over the valley.
Absolutely no negatives about the accommodation or the hosts- would thoroughly recommend! However the mosquitoes haha- bring some mosquito repellent!

A wonderful stay with great hosts. You can see the love they have for their property and the environment.
Walls are a bit thin between rooms.

We Loved Everything!! Starting from Caterina and all the Staff, the Farm, the Food, the Natural Landscape, Relaxing Views and the Silent!
Awesome and Delicious Aperitivo with a sample of Local Wine, Salami, Prosciutto and Cheese.
Perfect for Chill Out or as a strategic point to stay and visit all the main surrounding Cities like Modena, Bologna, Reggio Emilia and Parma.
The Quality of the Food is so Amazing that it feels like the Buffet Breakfast can be a bit more developed and even better that it is already!

And one more thing, tigelle from Giorgio
grandmother, I will never forget this. Thank you

The views! The breakfast! The staff! The cats! Everything was AMAZING! We booked it for three nights because we were attending an event in Imola, and we'll certainly try and come back only to enjoy the peace and quiet around the area! Beautiful indeed!

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the nearby city of Bologna but return back to comfort, nature and a more relaxed atmosphere. Great size room, extremely clean and happy to accommodate my dog. Excellent selection of home made breakfast items and a warm welcome on arrival.

- Good selection of local products made by the host (e.g., their grape juice is delicious! But also bread, cakes and jams)
- Super friendly owner
- Very big room with stunning view on the surrounding fields
- Great location: Worthy to take some time to just walk around to Savignano sul Panaro or to the surrounding fields

The bedrooms are very spacious, the bed is comfortable and the location is in a quiet area, surrounded by fields so it’s very relaxing :)
The bathroom was a bit basic, the shower doors didn’t close properly.
