Très moyen pour le standing affiché

Literie confortable, hôtel bien décoré. Grande chambre.

Manque de propreté : eau stagnante dans la baignoire, sortie de bain humide à notre arrivée. Tâches sur le sol, les murs et le plafond. Chambre très mal insonorisée. La wifi ne fonctionne pas, la télévision non plus. Des ouvriers font des travaux dès 7h30 du matin. Peu de choix au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Poca pulizia della camera e della piscina. Inoltre le sdraio della piscina erano impraticabili poiché non c'era il materassino e la struttura era di metallo. Il WiFi è disponibile solo in reception Abbiamo soggiornato in tre e sono stato forniti in totale 2 asciugamani da doccia e uno da viso

Hotel sans personnel la nuit

Aucune personne à la réception à minuit, j'ai été obligé d'attendre 1h à la réception à la fin personne n'est venue. J'ai récupéré de la reception une clef d'une chambre et j'ai passé la mauvaise nuit de ma vie, le matin quand j'ai fait la réclamation à la gérante c'est comme c'est rien ne s'est passé.

Pleasant

The hotel is good for who wants to take a break and rest after driving some hours in order to start again the trip to Fes/Merzouga desert. The position is comfortable considering that in the city centre there’s nothing in terms of turistic attractions.

Good enough for an overnight stopover

Very beautiful old building with authentic features. Good lunch and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff

There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom in our room (plumbing issue). The place is in real need of reparations, the pool area is in very poor state and not clean

Nice Kasbah with many amenities

Stayed at Kasbah Asmaa for 1 night as it is a good midway point between Merzouga and Fes. Considering the other Riads and Kasbah we had stayed at, we were pleasantly surprised by this property. Clean room and comfortable beds with TV. Breakfast was very well assorted and had European options such as croissants, yoghurts and boiled eggs. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The staff was also very helpfull and was able to accommodate us without hesitation with our special request.

The Bathroom step in is high.

if you go to or through Midelt, the Hotel Kasbah Asmaa is the place to stay!!

A combination of old world elegance, luxury and ambience. Super friendly staff, luxurious rooms, excellent restaurant (we enjoyed delicious kebabs), all excellent value for money & highly recommended!!

Exceptional! Stunning hotel with attentive staff, spectacular spacious room and the most delicious meals we have had in Morocco. A true oasis for bikers too. They really looked after us. Just like paradise. Loved our stay and definitely would return and stay for much longer. Thank you for making our stay special.

It is not very far from the town ~10 mins walk. Free parking near the kasbah. Room was quite good and spacious :)

We didn't like the atmosphere... You can feel like in Dracula castle: so dark, so little people... seems that not a lot people stay there. Personnel was not friendly. They have photos of swimming pool but basically there is nothing around: no sunbeds, no nothing. I mean in photos this place looks much better than in reality. Talking about breakfast: the worst breakfast we have had in Morocco. It was strange to get not fresh orange juice, but from tetra pack... Really? In Morocco? :}

passing through and wanted to stay between azrou and Merzouga.

everybody was so nice. they attempted to do laundry for us. Moroccans are so friendly the place is so grand and clean. Hachim was so awesome!!

We were so satisfied with our stay at kashba Asmaa. The place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We are traveling with our baby and everyone was so sweet to her. The food was very good. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated and very clean. I especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the lobby on a chilly evening. We will come back for sure.

Breakfast are simple. Rooms are large but I didn't like the style. Beds are comfortable and in general are okay. Staffs are helpful and porter helps to bring our luggage to rooms. We have dinner upon arrival and the dining room are great and in Moroccan style. Foods are okay cause we didn't like the tagine that much.

The entrance and the outlook of the hotel are great.

Hotel to avoid

The hotel is a grand old hotel that seem to have a great history and impressive old decor.

The hotel is not well maintained. Rugs and floors are dirty. Breakfast is terrible. Zero choice for vegetarians and for low calorie diet. There was a big shouting quarrel between two staff members in the dining room that was close to a fist fight. A tourist guide that tried and intervention failed. This was unpleasant.
