Location is excellent. Husband surfed straight out the front every day (beginners and experienced-short boat journey), both to left and right sides of hotel plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunset, places to eat. The return Equator boat trip went directly from the front of our hotel, which was great.
Our villa was fabulous, the bed so comfortable and extra living space was useful. Bathrooms large and modern. We had a private pool which you might use more if your villa is set back from the main pool.
Just to note, although it is called a beach club it does appear to have a bit of an identity crisis 😊. There is some beach club music (not constant and generally not loud) but overall we felt it to be more traditional accommodation. If you want beach club, go to Ohana's just a few doors down (LBC pool much better fyi).
Just couple of things...
They were often missing items from the menu (perhaps due to them being on an island), another large bathroom towel would have been appreciated, replacing of clean glasses in the bathroom, upgrade unisex communal pool toilets.

We had read a few average reviews regarding the staff and resort but when we were there the staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the resort was lovely with a great central location. The few each morning from breakfast was lovely and the perfect place to have a drink and watch the sunset. The villa we stayed in was also very comfortable and very private.
There was a little bit of street noise when they had music at some of the bars but this never really went on longer than 10pm. Dinners were a little expensive

The location was fantastic, lots of restaurants nearby, right on the beach. Having our own plunge pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice too. FYI take the Arthamas fast boat, you can book this direct with the boat company. The boat lands about 300 meters from the hotel, so don't be suckered in by the local taxi.
There are roosters from the locals, so take earplugs.

The location of the property was on the beach and pleasant landscape areas surrounding the villas. Easy access to the busy street and Lemongrass restaurant.
We did not like the bathroom as it looked unfinished with a sand pit recess the size of a shower adjacent the water closest. The sand pit should have been landscaped with pebbles and plants. We complained about this situation after spending two nights there and a hotel staff member showed us a similar room with a slightly landscaped sand pit recess. However we were still unhappy about the situation and to our amazement later in that day we received good news, the management of the hotel resort upgraded us to a villa which contained our own pool in which we spent the remaining five nights.

The photos do too much justice to this resort.
Our room was very, very damp. The A/C was leaking and made the walls, floor everything wet. The gym was looking very old and falling apart. It was over priced with this considered.

Location lovely.
Could not get through to reception for leaking toilet, then needing towels to mop up water that came into room when raining. Service eg at breakfast they were slow or forgot things like poaching eggs or refilling coffee.
TOASTER did not work. Absolute joke. Get a new one.
Range was ok but only 1 thing I could eat as a healthy eater.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in a Grand Premier room with private pool which was true to the photos. The room, garden and private pool were all beautiful and relaxing. The seating at the beach and the walk through the well maintained gardens to get there were wonderful. Above all, the staff were very friendly, always smiling and happy to help.
Only thing to improve would be to cover the fruit and pastries at breakfast.

Location, location, location
They sold us a higher priced room but we ended up with the lower priced room - we weren’t the only ones, another couple with the same complaint on check in. Please don’t sell a superior room when there is only 1 available and then not offer to refund the difference.

We did not get the room we booked. They put us in a lower level room and when we complained claimed there was only one room of that type and it was already occupied. They were deceptive. The room was dirty. The beach club was over priced.

Perfect location right on the best part of the beach, close to everything, all the facilities you could need, friendly staff and beautiful private pool villas. Decorated our room on arrival. Delicious breakfast, including barista coffee, with lots of options! Kindly provided late checkout too and organised an amazing snorkelling trip. Convenience and resort luxury. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again! Loved Lembongan Beach Club and the island so much.
Had a few issues with things not working in the villa, but were very quickly fixed! The private pool could use some maintenance around tiles and water feature. The bath is quite shallow and the plug leaked water - had seen videos of a big, free-standing bath in their Grand Premium Villa but unfortunately didn’t have that in ours. But everything else was amazing!

Great location, beach front. Great area to watch sunset.
The bathroom is open, and the bathroom door did not close properly meaning a lot of mosquitoes got in the room.
Breakfast average, not a lot of options available. Lunch/dinner menu ok but nothing was amazing.
Pool decking and tiles inside pool need a lot of work. One guest actually cut open his foot from a broken pool tile inside the pool. Another persons foot went through decking which was getting repaired when we were there. The pool area was dangerous really, especially if you had a little one like we did.

Great location opposite shipwrecks surf break. A short walk to lots of good restaurants and yoga. Two-bedroom villa with pool was comfortable and spacious.
Complementary buffet breakfast often not replenished, so unless you got there early there was very little available. Lunch / dinner and drinks all very overpriced. Staff need more training. Pool towels were not available most mornings, maintenance on the decking around the main pool is also required.

Lembongan Beach Club & Resort was just like the photos. We loved our room and private pool and the position of the hotel on the beach was perfect. Plenty restaurants all along the beach.
The food and the staff in the restaurant. It is a shame as this is what lets this place down is the quality of food and the service. The wait staff all need lots more training. If they get this right it would be an excellent place to stay. Luckily there are so many other great places to eat along the beach. Some maintenance on the boards around the pool is also required.

Your restaurant - Breakfast was so POOR the variety was sub standard toaster is so slow.
The dinner was so overpriced compared to everywhere else even next door - we did not eat with you after the first day - and we could not even room charge which i found very unsatisfying we would have loved to have paid 1 bill at the end of our stay which staff said NOT POSSIBLE this was extremely disappointing so we did not spend much time around the resort pool and you missed out on F & B business - I am in the industry and every cent counts

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great beachfront location, beautifully kept gardens, close to cafes and bars, excellent massage right across the road. Each villa had a great size pool. Lunch options were very good.
Deluxe premier room was very small, no room to store suitcases or put clothes, small wardrobe, air conditioner was very noisy, so did not sleep well, staff were able to upgrade us to a larger suite with better aircon. The breakfast was phenomenal when we came here some time ago, but very average now. There seems to be upgrades happening at the moment to some rooms. I think that the rooms, though clean, are looking a little tired.

The pool in our room was amazing as was the large beach area pool. The front desk manager was an absolute gem i can't remember his name, but he was in charge while we were there and he couldn't do enough to help us.

The breakfast selection/ problems with toaster/ bread would not fit in properly end up getting burnt/ poor selection of breakfast items (please include vegemite or peanut butter for westerners) / only 1 homemade jam that was there for days/ only 1 juice choice available/ No happy hours for drinks/ deck boards area around private pool lifting and nails rusting/ tv selection often not available. did not swim Infront of resort as the beach had old seaweed farm structures which were dangerous at lower tide.

Lovely hotel with individual villas. We had a villa with our own pool which was beautiful.

Loved the private pool and beachfront location.
This hotel was let down by its staff and lack of customer service. Additionally the gym is in much need of a facelift and renovation. The food and beverages are expensive in comparison to other places within a short walk, which saw me dine out as a result.

Perfect island getaway. Location was amazing, right on beach and close to restaurants and bars. The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. The Grand Premier villa room was beautiful. Very good value for money.

Beautiful hotel on Lembongan island, the hotel will pick you up from the beach and carry your bags. We arrived early but our room was already available so we could check in. The rooms are lovely and the swimming pools are a good size, the main pool is also nice.
Lots of restaurants along the beach front, you don’t need to walk far to reach anything. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing few days on the island!
