Check in and out was quick. Location is great. View from the room was very nice.
Room doors and furniture is kind of old, noisy refrigerator and ac.

the beds are hard as a rock… back ache every am!!!
4.5
Beautiful view with a balcony to enjoy it from, ocean access, small beach to chill at, pool to swim in, 50% discount at restaurant & bar next door. Mega store across the street and walking distance from town.
The stairs, no elevator. Only truly bothersome with heavy luggage. Also seems the stair height everywhere in México is taller than the usual in U.S. Be careful coming downstairs if you have bad knees. WiFi is horrendous in the rooms. Decent in lobby.

The location on the ocean with a dive shop and dock, right downtown by all shops and restaurants.Very reasonably priced for accommodation on the ocean.
The hotel does not own the pool or the beach, it is owned by the No Name Sports Bar. The play their music at the pool bar very, very loud until sometimes as late as 9 pm. The music is inane, repetitive, obnoxious and sometimes extremely loud. If you have a room near the pool it is unbearable. The bedding, linens and furniture are very old. The mattresses are uncomfortable and there are no dressers so you will be living out of a suitcase.

location and facilities from room, food, bar, pool, beach area.
Please have wash clothes back in bathrooms.

Best place ever! Dive boat picks you up. You get back to a party. Walking distance from everything. Sunsets are perfect. Staff downstairs at No Name are great... It's just lovely.
The manager of the No Name bar. Crabby lady but not ruining my vacation.

the restaurant on site was good
staff was rude and not friendly. very unhappy and being treated horribly for a paying customer. I would never go back.

Staff was ignorant wifi didn’t work

There was a balcony and you could see the ocean, beautiful
THERE IS NO WI-FI IN THE ROOMS, YOU CAN NOT WORK HERE. Also, there is a 2way plug in the wall so you have to choose if you want the TV /cable box on or the fridge, you cant have it both ways without help (extension cord).

The location was good. It was a 15 minute walk to ferry, 10 minute walk to heart of town and right across from a large supermarket. also, the pool and beach combo was great and the restaurant / bar staff were lovely.
the people at the front desk were grumpy and rude. you had to pay for every little thing down to a deposit for towels.

Location was the best
Property is too old and the pictures in the website are probably for many years ago.

Hotel is in a great location on the beach.
I didn't expect much but it still failed to meet my expectations. All I ask is a clean bed and a clean functioning shower. There was NO RUNNING WATER in the morning! There was no warning that the water would be shut off. Front desk offered to sell me bottles of water to clean with or use the pool to bath in. 15 minutes before check out, the water miraculously came back on. Stay away from this place.

I loved the hotel. Spotless, compy beds, helpful and friendly staff, price was reasonable. Just a few steps to the ocean, a simple snorkel to see beautiful colorful fish. Or relax in the pool. Guests get a 50 % discount on delicious food. Everything was tasty and flavorful. My room 101 had sreps right down to the Pool area.. the only thing I might mention is if your a lite sleeper ask for a room that is quieter. Didn't bother me because I can sleep through anything. Rooms have a mini fridge and right in front of the hotel is big grocery store. I would gladly stay here again

Wonderful location and staff! Air conditioning was nice and cold.
Music from pool can be a little loud, but it is turned off at a reasonable time so didn't bother us.

Loved the location and snorkeling!! Bar and pool were fun, staff at pool bar were amazing!! Kids loved the property & diving into the ocean
Front desk staff was horrid. Apparently the male front desk staff sleeps on the couch, so coming in after dinner we were greeted by a grouchy awoken staff member. The 2nd night he was clipping his toe nails on the hotel lounge couch..very unwelcoming. Female day desk staff unfriendly too.

Location, right in the city where everything is in walking distance. Great ocean view, dive shop on property with shore diving available. Beach and pool with bar and grill. Very friendly staff.
The beach and pool are owned by the No-Name Bar so if you aren’t buying drinks or food from them they will ask you to leave! The music can be loud and obnoxious but they close it down at 10pm.

View and the staff, especially Greg Martin!
The pool situation. Guests are encouraged not to use the pool unless they purchase drinks from a third party vendor. I have never experienced this before

I didn't try their breakfast.
There's no security box in the room.

The location was great. Easy access to downtown and right across the street from the Mega shopping center. The reataurant was good. Decent food, friendly service, good atmosphere, and amazing views.
The rooms are really small, beds are small and really uncomfortable. Ended up buying an extra room for my teenage kids so we weren't sleeping on top of each other.

The location on the ocean is wonderful. The access to the pool, pool bar and ocean were requested and provided. Having Mega, the grocery store across the street was beyond convenient. The walk to El Centro was a bit longer, and only a pain when it rained.
Making sure the hotel lobby and exit area were dry from all of the rain. Unfortunately, I fell my first day there and required a hospital ER visit. The injuries didn't allow me to SCUBA dive, which was the point of this trip. Therefore, I cannot give a complete review of the amenities I expected to enjoy!
