we had an enjoyable stay but for future the cleanliness etc could be much improved

spacious, beautiful views, great location, hot tub was fabulous

The cleanliness could’ve been a lot better - dog hairs or such like on dining table, hairs everywhere, windows were dirty inside and out with what looked like dog slobber on big bedroom windows, mould in bathroom, the downstairs shower didn’t work, a pump in the cupboard upstairs made a loud banging noise we had to isolate it in the middle of the night and report it in the morning, the water Temperature was dangerously hot luckily no kids with us and no warning signs, my friend sent me this: Here's the list of things...get prepared! 2 bulbs out of six in lounge work Shower in downstairs bedroom not working Cleanliness..lots cobwebs, runners in folding door very dirty, sliding wardrobe door hard to open, dirty smudge marks on big window in bedroom, floors generally dirty, dog hairs, mould in bathroom round the bath. skirting board in dining room by the door coming off. Glass cupboard door doesn't stay open. Water extremely hot and should have caution signs up. Fire doesn't switch on. No cue tips on pool cues. Got woken up about about 3am (ish) to the sound of banging/vibrating in the airing cupboard. Had turn off the central heating isolation switch on the right side as you go in, the red pump was very hot

Fantasticly wonderful house , so many facilities for us to access . Even the kids loved it . A great base to come back to after a day out .

Nothing , weather could of been better , but who doesn't like a hot tub in the rain .

Maintenance man for hot tub....found him rather rude...asking the children why are they using hot tub in rain...our obvious reply was ....BECAUSE WE'VE PAID FOR IT .everything else was fantastic.

The views from the 2 bedrooms up stairs , down stair bedroom was handy for someone who can’t manage the stairs , Hot tub with lovely scenery.Can easily sleep 9 , plenty of room and a bonus of small pool table very nice Also not to mention underfloor heating in kitchen and dining area well equipped and dishwasher

The property was spacious and in a good location with Aberystwyth town with in an easy 6 minute drive .

There are a few minor repairs needed throughout the property, the downstairs wet room has tiles moving and flexing on the floor with grout missing between them. We decided not to use this downstairs shower room because of this . Lots of little minor things had been broken or didn’t work due to previous guest I guess. Sliding wardrobe doors difficult to move due to the runners coming adrift, The pool table had a broken leg and was ready to collapse, cues had no tips so we decided it was best not to use it . In general it’s a nice place, Hot tub was great, wifi good, clean and tidy throughout. Lots of parking and safe for our grandchildren. I paid £1,400 for the 4 nights which we felt was a little inflated as the minor repairs had not been sorted out.

Very pleasant and comfortable but annoying that there was no pool

I loved the location, the beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing

There was no swimming pools. The property was a lot smaller than it seemed to be on the website.

Very good

Beds, bathrooms and living space are outstanding. You couldn’t fault it, but one of the showers was just constantly hot which resulted in a uncomfortable experience (that’s if you don’t like hot showers) The views from the bed rooms and hot tub where also sublime, definitely one of the best parts. The kitchen came with evening that’s your need to make food for the full week (pots, pans etc)

Pictures of the property are misleading; the pool is for the whole holiday park and not just for the property you stay in, but it’s a nice pool with a good view. Also the wifi didn’t work which wasn’t a problem but it would of been a nice addition to the property.
