Clean rooms, however felt cold

The room and the property was clean and comfortable.

However found it difficult to turn on the complicated heating system, hence slept in a freezing cold room. The shower system very easy to use and had hot water throughout.

It was a bit treaty to find. When we got there it was in a beautiful place quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing not to like. What they could do is have a drink machine and snack machine .

Relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Clean modern room with excellent bathroom and shower. Good location to access beaches.

Value for money, homely accommodation in a great location

It's a lovely property with plenty of parking, it's a quiet location away from the main road, yet within walking distance to the village with a pub for my evening meal and cafe for a homecooked breakfast. The bedroom and ensuite was cosy and warm, very clean. I was happy enough not to see any staff, but kept in touch with the owner through messages. Would recommend the property for a fuss free value for money stay.

Excellent location and place to stay

Fab rooms, warm, clean and comfortable with welcome biscuits and toiletries - a nice touch. Also plenty of parking. Location is great too

Lovely place to stay, great nights sleep. Very clean and plenty of room. Great to wake up to the view in the morning.

Nothing really, say nav try’s to take you past the property. Could do with bigger mugs on the tea tray but that’s not really a problem.

Nice hotel, luckily didn’t hear the train much.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfy,

I really wanted to have a cooked breakfast, and thought it was included. Would have been nice to have had a couple of decaffeinated drinks, or even a hot chocolate. The shower was dirty when the door was shut (in the corner) the door kept getting stuck too. Would liked to have seen at least one member of staff.

quiet and peaceful, ideal for a stopever

we liked the location away from the main road, quiet and restful. Unfortunately breakfast was not available due to COVID policy of the guest house. This was not apparent until we had booked. Th local pub within walking distance provided an excellent evening meal.

Good value, and good location for sightseeing to the north, and the start of 'Snowdonia Area.

Due to 'covid' restrictions, cooked breakfast was unavailable. Breakfast room was available for coffee on a self service system, but not used. Kettle and tea, coffee and milk was available in room, and adequate for our needs.

Being used to large television screen at home, smaller screen was adequate, as we were on holiday and not there to watch TV!! Dissapointed with the actual town of Aberystwyth as it looked very run down on the sea front buildings.

Bed issues

Bed was really comfy just the bed we slept on over night when my other half went to the toilet she got bruises on both legs due to end of the bed having a piece of wood sticking out. Like I said nothing wrong with the room it’s self just might be worth trying to sort that out. Thank you for stay was amazing!
