Comfortable modern clean and excellent price

Big room, nice amenities, clean and functional bathroom. We were fortunate to have the room overlooking the street. It was quiet, there were plenty of curtains to make it private whilst also offering a nice small balcony. Perfect for a short southern getaway. Spacious, well equipped.

The bed mattress was too soft for our liking

A lovely room with a great view. It was beautifully decorated. Plenty of tea and coffee. The location is great too. We were very close to the beach and the river, with some lovely places to eat.

We were in a room at the top, so quite a few steps

Booking very smooth, key lock allowed us to check in at a time to suit us. Room was larger than expected with a very large en-suite. Loved the walk-in shower, king sized bed, seating area and decor

Very nice and cozy in the room. The hotel is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and well laid out. the tea and coffee facilities were excellent, with nice touches like the carafe of water and jar or ginger biscuits.

Was a little surprised that the towel rail was set at 6 feet and the same was true of the shower gel and conditioner. Pillows, and this is not just here but everywhere, they are too soft. I use one pillow to sleep and prefer them to be firm. (this is not specific to the Regency Rooms this happens in Premier Inns, and other B&B's)
