Everything was amazing, the tent is equipped with anything you might need, the swimming pool, the food of the restaurant but especially amazing was the attention of every single member of the staff. Special mention to Joshua and Stephen. The attention to the detail is better than many 5 stars hotels.
To be completely honest with my opinion 2 days before my arrival the hotel contacted me to tell me that the price of my reservation (which seemed logical to me) was wrong due a to a problem with Booking and they will have to charge me double the price. After trying to cancel my reservation they decided to respect the original price.

The whole experience at Entumoto was far beyond any expectations my fiancee and I had. The quality of the facilities, the food and the activities are top-notch, but it's the care, professionally and warmth of the staff that sets Entumoto apart. The perfect Mara experience!
Everything was spot on, no complaint whatsoever!

We (family with 2 kids of elementary school age) stayed at Entumoto for a 4 night all-inclusive stay. The camp was smaller than the other larger safari hotels and and lodges, but far more luxurious and had a more cozy feel with personalized service and attention to all of our needs, including having our own game drive vehicle, client-driven schedule, and superb accommodations. It would do a great disservice to call our accommodation a tent, as it was a deluxe multi-roomed tent with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, washrooms and a fully functioning chimney and fireplace which we used daily due to the cold temperature. And the breathtaking view of the Mara, including elephants, Buffalo, and other beautiful wildlife. Most of all, our guide, Maasai tribesman, tracker, and wildlife expert Abraham made the trip an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. Not only did he provide an insider’s guide to the Mara and its wildlife, but he tenaciously helped us spot the Big 5 with success, including the most elusive leopard. From cheetah and lion cubs to gorgeous elephants and giraffes, we continued to find ourselves in the midst of the most amazing wildlife day after day, both during day and night game drives. Our children were constantly awed, amazed, and truly enchanted by Abraham’s knowledge and presentations. Finally, the food was amazing. Chef Ken churned out one mouth-watering dish after another, 3 meals a day, catering to guests’ needs and preferences. Entumoto also harvests its own vegetables and fruits, culling its beautiful garden of over 40 different veggies/fruits (which we got a private tour of) - a true garden to table experience. Entumoto was the best decision we made, and we will definitely come back again. We have also sworn never to go to a zoo ever again after experiencing the Mara with Entumoto.
Some may complain about the lack of WiFi in their tents, but that would defeat the point of going on a safari in the bush. The lobby WiFi sufficed perfectly.
