Great location. Shower was lovely,if badly lacking a shower door.. Would suit people that were using to accomodation for sleeping.
Having a mop the floor after getting out of the shower.. Broken steps on the stairs (took the leather off shoes & sharp edges on bolts with screws sticking out on door lock
.

location was very close to train station and central to all of the action in Florence.
Property could do with a makeover. as a tall person, the doorways were extremely low and I bumped my head several times. bathroom is tiny and the bed was very uncomfortable.

location was good , it was near the station and museums !
The noise coming from the outside during all night and mosquitoes!

Location and price are very good
There was a heat isolation problem with main bedroom. We get cold in that room. Blankets and duvets were not clean and there was not any cover for them.
4.5
Close to train station, walkable everywhere! We felt safe in that area. An excellent stay, I would totally go back again!
2 flights of narrow stairs, unavoidable just be informed. The building main door needed to be slammed to close, the noise can be startling. One room faced noisy street (people talking, street vendors wheeling their trolleys early in day and late at night), we are okay but some may not like.

Nice and cozy apartment in n excellent location. Excellent extra large blankets. Nice to see and hear stroleys going to/back from the market.

Would have been nice to have some dishwasher tablets maybe
3.5
it was well located and it had the basics inside.
it didn’t have where to put the towels in the bathroom and the handle of the window of the bathroom made it harder to shower. The beds where a bit uncomfortable.
1.0
not very clean; unclean pillows provided; very dirty and dusty sofa cover; AC not working properly and one day it released some dust on the bed and floor; fridge door doesn't close properly; not good value for money.

Great location
Big place
Good price/quality
Friendly staff
I cut my feet when going out the shower due to sharp iron ridges in the shower. I found a total of 3 health hazards that I reported to the staff (cutting edges, open air nails). Cleaningness was sloppy at the kitchen
Unexpected "tourist fare" not included in the original price (had to pay about 8eur pp per night)

The location is great! close to everything, easy check in and spacious apartment
the apartment is extremely run down to where it feels dirty and smells weird. the ac could only be turned down to 24 so it made the master bedroom a bit warm for sleeping. my daughter got bit up by mosquitoes and the apartment is on the very top floor, but there is a small elevator

Location and specious. Anytime on WhatsApp the manager was ready to help.
Nothing to mention.

Location was very good as it was close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Checking in was smooth and finding the place was easy. Apartment was clean and kitchen was decent.
The beds were springy and uncomfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights and most of us had trouble sleeping. There was not enough toilet papers and other basic essentials provided for 4 nights stay for 7 of us. The host asked us to purchase this ourselves which has not been the case in other cities in Italy. The bathroom was not great as the flush button broke on our first night and the water pressure & temperature in the showers were not adjustable.
3.5
The apartment was large and in a good location. It is near the train station, right around the corner from a nice grocery store, and a short walk (~10 min) from the tourist sites. The walk is pleasant and is mainly through car-free areas.
The unit is on the 4th floor and has an elevator.
The water pressure was terrible. The water temperature was inconsistent, as in, it would cycle through being too hot, too cool, and just right every minute or so. The apartment came with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one small garbage bag in the kitchen, and we were expected to provide for ourselves when we needed more (even though we stayed for six days). The kitchen was not fully stocked, and was missing things like a cutting board, cooking spoons (like you would use to stir a sauce), etc.
3.5
The apartment is very centrally located close to the market and the city.
Many attractions, restaurant and stores close by.
There is a very small Livingroom/kitchen area with a very small sofa. On the website the Livingroom looked much bigger.
It is very noisy outside since the markets starts early and ends late at night.
The beds were hard.
