This was our second stay at Villa Rita and it was as just as good as the last time.
From the booking process via booking.com and the subsequent communication with Margarita it was all smooth, just what you want when booking a holiday!
On arrival we had the key code for our apartment, number 7, so access was easy, so no worries if you arrive late.
You will be asked for 150 euro cash deposit for breakages etc on arrival, but that was no problem, all was refunded the day before we left for home.
Maria who leads the cleaning team was delightful and the rooms spotless. Thanks to all.
The bottles from the air con need to be emptied more frequently to prevent overflow on the terrace, but no big problem

It’s location is very good for us as we cannot walk far.
Lack of appropriate eating, cooking utensils and glassware, this could all do with an update. The bathroom could also benefit from a refurbishment.

the hospitality was at high level. the apartments are situated in the best place in Corfu - village Kalami. it was quite and the nature around is perfect.
the bathroom and the kitchen are very small and quite old, but clean. it is time to change everything inside. the bedrooms were comfortable and good. the air condition in 1 bedroom was working so loud, need to be repairing probably.

Great position. Good privacy.

Location is great as Kalami has a lovely beach, and the apartment is walking distance. It was so nice to have parking too, as many people visit Kalami beach. Nice too to have ac and ceiling fans.
Wifi could be a bit better, faster. But we understand that in this area, with the proximity to Albania, wifi connection is not the best.

This was hands down one of the best holiday experiences in my life. Kalami is a lovely tiny village with just a couple of shops and bars – but everywhere the quality of food/service/price was just outstanding. The owner of the villa was very helpful in retrieving our baggage that was lost during our bus trip from Corfu. The shops with everything needed (food, beach utilites, alcohol etc.) are just across the street and we could get to the beach in less than one minute – one cannot dream of a better and more peaceful location!
The interior of the apartment was very clean, no smell or dust whatsoever, the bed lining was snow white and fresh. You can see that the building was built some time ago (old-fashioned tiles in the bathroom and in the kitchen), but everything was well-maintained and worked perfectly. If you fancy ultra-modern and overdesigned places you might feel disappointed, if you are just a regular Joe like me – you will be more than satisfied.
We rented a scooter from Cassius Bikes in Kassiopi and travelled all over the northern part of the island – they delivered the bike right to our place – and it was the perfect way to experience all the different faces of this gorgeous place.
The food at Tom's Tavern (30 m away) is affordable, delicious and perfect for hot Greek summer. If you seek a perfect escape from the crowds and if you don't mind a pebble on the otherwise ideal beach – that is a place for you. Mind you, I did not travel with my children, but we do intend to come back with them, Kalami and Villa Rite will be our first choice.
The only (ONLY) drawback I can thin of is that in the bedroom the wi-fi and cellular signals were a bit weak.

Friendly atmosphere, smooth communication, perfect place to stay at Korfu.

Location lovely and quiet, ample room to park our car. We have stayed at these apartments before and are good value for money.
The kitchen could do with an update, there was only one power socket by the sink unit. The cooker also requires updating and as such we did not use the kitchen much.
