Very good

Really nice hotel with private beach and 2 pools. Good selection of food and drinks. Entertainment/Animation was mainly for kids, but we stayed in May, so hopefully during summer it is better,

I was asked to fill in online form to speed up check in, but on arrival I had to fill out paper version again.

I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is right in the beach, the sea was incredible, very clean water. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, full of different types of dishes and deserts.

Truly value for money!

Great location with a truly low price. All inclusive, with tasty food and amazing restaurant staff. I have enjoyed also Mini Club and Animation staff. The place was exceptional, with beautiful beach just a few step from our room. Our children (3 and 5 years) loved this holiday!

my expectation for 5 star establishment are far higher. no more than 3 star level

staff was very friendly and helpful tzatziki and Greek salad ware delightful adrenalin excitement ware great

when you leave room, electricity is off, so you can not charge your devices while you are at restaurant or at beach, you can not chill your room while you are away and return to cold room and be there without aircon turned on, because aircon is powered from room. this could be 5 star in '70, but now expectations are far different as just repainting it.

A nice getaway for a last minute escape!

It was a child friendly hotel, kids pool were great, the food was fabulous and the restaurant service was good and ran well.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, need pillow options and better mattresses to make it a more comfortable sleep.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time at Sunshine Crete! We loved it! Everything was perfect: the room with an amazing view, the staff, caring and highly professional, something you will experience in the whole island, the buffet was delicious, we enjoyed every meal. They had something for all and our child ate a lot :) Good entertainment team, the pool was very nice and the beach was the best one we've had on Vacations until now! So clean water! Almost unrealistic, perfect for snorkeling. And these little stones in all colors are so beautiful. The hotel is located in a quiet area but there are supermarkets and restaurants and other services around it. We'll definitely come back and will hopefully be able to stay longer the next time.

Disappointed with room and out of pocket by over 200 euro's as had to get a taxi both ways.

Breakfast was fine. Bacon was of good quality.

Room was very basic and not up to 5* quality. No tea of coffee facilities in the room. bed was hard and not a proper double. Sporadic hot water.

Mixed experience!!

The hotel is very nice built and maintained, very nice pools and excellent beachfront! The view is terrific, very nice garden area too.

Gaming room was out of order, minigolf not operational. No fitness room which I'd expect for this type of hotel. But the food was below average at best. I understand due to covid19 not everything was working as usual, but the was nothing compared to the luxerious pictures on Booking. Very cheap beverages, food choice and quality that of a military cantina, self service with underpowered and not so friendly staff. We opted to eat mostly at the nearby taverns instead.
