Location, terrace view & Mr. Mario (Staff) as he was helpful and trying his best to fix everything and provide missing or damaged appliances.
Not clean, everything is old and smelly, kitchen appliances not everything available of not working properly. Two of the A/C we’re having a problem & took 2 days to fix them.

Good location, very nice view from balcony
dirty pillows, need some clean apartment

Dirty, poor internet connection, poor kitchen and really dirty! Yes I know I wrote dirty twice! That is how dirty it was! I had to wash the bed sheet and pillow cases twice to feel safe using them! The bathroom was disgusting! We even found pee stains! Ants everywhere! And a terrible smell! We had to ventilate the room for hours and use air fresheners to break this stench! I have more bad things to say but you get the idea.

Quiet and tranquil location. Nice pool. Friendly host. Access to Troodos Hills and acheological sites. Shops for essentials and restaurants in walking distance
Kitchen had bare minimum for cooking. Flat functional but shabby. Very messy entrance area with rubbish.

Nothing.. well the host Mario seemed friendly.
Everything was absolutly discusting. The only way to discribe it woild be filthy dirty and broken. The reception was a building site. There was nothing nice about it. Absolutly discusting.

Very good value for the money. A spacious appartment with 3 bathrooms.
There was no heating and hot water in the first 2 days, after it was fixed. Not very convenient in January with small kids...

property was a perfect location to visit family. it was in a quiet residential area. walking distance for a lot of places we wanted to eat and drink.
Nico at reception was lovely but the booking team for the apartments could do with some training.
we had booked pay at property & because the reception was closed any time we passed we were threatened with the police if we didn’t pay on the last day.
we had every intention of paying when we handed in the keys. we had also booked a return visit for March 2023 which we have since cancelled.
Nice apartment but lacking in customer service.

Spacious.
Hot water wasnt always working, apartment was dirty (muddy footprints throughout when we arrived), no bathmats or teatowels which was dangerous, dust bunnies in the bedrooms, spiders and bugs in the bathrooms.

Nice spacious apartment with a sea side view and big terrace. It's light with panoramic windows. The nice guy on the reception, don't remember the name, was helpful.
On the territory you can find a couple of cats child can play with 😺 The apartment is far from main road, so no noise. But you better to have a car.
The reception is open till 5pm. Then you need to call them. It costs when you are on roaming. They do not provide towels 😕 Have to pay extra. Or better to buy new for same price in the nearby shop. Very limited on kitchen utensils. Had to cook spaghetti in a mixing bowl.

Spacious apartment and large balcony with great sea view. Interesting art on the walls. Quiet area, nice swimming pool.
The furnishings were dated, walls could definitely use a lick of paint, curtains were dirty.

The apartment was disappointing.! Very poor cutlery items and sparse interior..
Pool area has green algae around the outside of the pool even though people were using it!
Horrible dirty staircase to walk up to our apartment on first floor.. there was a lift but really didn't want to risk it..
The complex is a mixture of residents airbnb and booking.com...Sadly would not recommend!.
For the price we paid we feel ripped off!

. Kitchen is nice and comfortable. All the facilities are inside! And that’s really great and helps to feel me like at home.
Furniture really needs renovation! Sofa in the living room are very dirty.

A lovely view of the sea and a very quiet area. The apartment itself was plenty big enough for us as a couple and the facilities available were great. Would definitely come again, it's just the hill up to the apartment is a bit steep and can knacker you!!!!! The manager was really helpful and went out of his way to help us. He also has a friend who does mates rates car hire!!!
The hill!!!!

The swimming pool was good. It also has a small one for the kids. Also the location is good. There was a pressurized water system and hot water.
The reception looked like a storage room: batteries, old air condition, tools and our sheets which were sitting on an old sofa. There were 4-5 cats laying around. The room was old and needed a good renovation. There were broken chairs and a dirty mattress. The kitchenware were just fair, small pots, no matching covers. We were not handed extra pillows for the kids and didn’t have towels.

Apt had everything needed for the duration of stay. Mario was very accommodating. Not a lot to fault for a base. The pool was a bonus, very quiet and a pick of sunbeds to relax by. The key to this is not to overly expect more. It's a base, has what you need if you're just a happy go lucky traveler.
Not a great deal not to like...
Just be very careful around the pool edge as its like slipping on ice.
