Outside pool, seating and BBQ areas were the best feature of the property.
Nearly everything inside the property was of a poor standard or state of repair e.g showers not shutting, zip ties for draw handles. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
7.0 / 10.0
Great location, lovely outside space. Very private pool area and easy to get to from Latchi.
As other reviewers have said, some maintenance is needed. The bathrooms desperately need grouting, the drains were blocked in one bathroom leading to a flood and the beds are so so uncomfortable (though this is endemic in Cyprus!)

Very comfortable house, with a lots of space.
Well equipped, nicely furnished.
Great localization in a peaceful area, close to the seaside.
Difficult to warm up in the wintertime.

Location is great, Quiet area with several other villa's at good distance from eachother. Nice nature area with many fruit trees. 5 min by car from Latchi village and beaches. Villa has a great pool and nice garden area. Basics, like bathrooms, beds, toilets, were clean.
The villa really needs maintenance and replacements. For example, some doors from the kitchen are broken, sliding doors outside not closing well. Generally the villa is worn out in several aspects. The beds are extremely hard and caused us not to sleep well.

7.0 / 10.0
Nice area, close to nature and proximity to a couple of nice beaches and restaurants.
The property needs some renovation. Nice, big pool area but the grass needs more taking care off.
9.6 / 10.0
This villa exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, beautiful gardens for the children to play, comfortable rooms with all amenities.
The bedrooms do not have blinds. The thin curtains means early morning rise which is fine if you dont have kids! I would have preferred some form of blackout in the rooms to avoid direct sunlight in the mornings.
