Incredible with memories that will last forever :)

Hosts were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. 100 out of 10. Quick to respond and provided us with lots of useful information. They were all very kind, easy to speak with and willing to help with what we needed. Recommendations are great and tailored to our needs. Hosts were also very organised in reaching out to us early and ensuring a good line of communication before our arrival so if we have any questions and enquiries before and throughout our stay, they can be swiftly answered and taken care of. At arrival to villa we were greeted with very warm welcome from host Constantinos despite our flight delayed us to late evening. Constantinos and his family showed excellent hospitality to us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcomed. Massive well done to the hosts!! Facilities are exactly as described and per the photos seen. Comfortable, spacious, modern, everything with great quality and has an amazing view. Big soft and comfy beds, well air-conditioned, spacious rooms with individual toilets. Strong showers and plenty of hot water. Private swimming pool is spacious and clean, with shower and poolside furnishings available - all very handy. Instructions for facilities are well explained. Location wise - we loved the fact that it is quiet and convenient. Well connected with public transport, with bus stop just 5 minutes walk away. Parking available for those wishes to drive. By bus only around 15 minutes away from main Paphos Habour or the famous Coral Bay beach, and no bus changes needed. Airport is around 30 minutes away by taxi/drive. Few groceries store within walkable distance. Lidl is 5 min bus away. Around 5-10 min walk to the coastline with a picturesque view perfect for a long walk at sunset. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a big thank you to hosts Constantinos and his family for making it an memorable experience - we definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Cyprus!!

Perfect Villa and perfect hosts made for a perfect holiday

This was our first visit to Cyprus. Wow! We were blown away! The villa was absolutely stunning, it contained everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean, very spacious and the outside space was also fantastic. The choice of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool and on the balcony was excellent. Pool floats, bats, balls and a BBQ with accessories being provided was great. It’s difficult to imagine better customer service anywhere. Constantinos went to the trouble of securing car hire quotes for us and sending to us, all of the relevant information and once we had made a decision, he sorted everything out for us and the hire car was ready for us at the airport on our arrival. He was so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for him or the rest of the team. The special touches such as water, bread, butter, cheese , bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and even wine being provided in the fridge were lovely. We were extremely grateful for the fresh hot pizza delivered to us on our arrival. Anastasia’s home made cake and hand made local chocolates were just a wonderful gesture. Constantinos provided us with so much information , best places to eat and visit and the team were easy to contact if we had any questions. The Villa is a short distance to the beach with its wonderful promenade. If you want somewhere special to stay , this is the perfect place. Thank you to the whole team for making it a very special holiday for us.

Our stay at Meltemi Villas will stay with us for a very long time and we want to come back again!

The owners of the property kindly met us at the entrance of our villa and showed us everything we needed to know about such as how to use the kitchen facilities, wifi connection, air con and the most amazing bit was all the yummy food and drinks they included for us upon our arrival. This was the most amazing greeting I have ever had with any place I have stayed at.

There was NOTHING. Everything about this place and the host was the highest quality and true kindness.

Amazing place

Amazing hosts who made us feel at home - Constantinos and Anastasia treated us like family, not like people who they're meeting for the very first time. Their hospitality is above and beyond and made our stay an unforgetable experience. The villa was fully equipped, the pool was great and our family had a great time.

Beautiful villa, great location, fantastic hosts.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional! The hosts were attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The villa was beautiful and in a quiet location, yet you can easily reach surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back :)

There is nothing we didn't like. Everything was fantastic, this villa and their hosts are fully worthy of the top rating review. No complaints at all and we will not only be back but also recommend this place to our friends.

The best hospitality we have ever received - by far! At the arrival we were welcomed with a fresh home-made pie and wine, among other snacks. Throughout the stay, we got many similar surprises like a breakfast basket and wedding gifts (we got married in Paphos). We could always ask any questions re: Cyprus and the owners helped us with bookings and everything else we could wish for. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, located near the sea and a walking distance from many restaurants & bars and a short drive away from the city center. You cannot not love this place! If you are looking for a Villa-type accommodation in Cyprus, so not look further

we had everything we needed and more. A welcome pack on arrival, a delivery of pastries and biscuits during our stay, Villa was spotless, pool and pool area very good. Ouside patios had plenty of comfortable furniture. Constantinos sent details of where to go and places to eat during our stay. He even let us stay until we were ready to leave for the airport on our last day. He also arranged car hire and airport pick up for us, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Bus stop to Coral Bay or Paphos at the top of the road.

The hosts were very hospitable and the villa is clean, really well equipped and spacious. We came with two toddlers and we were given lots(!) of toys and pool toys. The villa was also pretty child-safe (we had stair gates). It's a very recommendable place to stay with children.

the villa was really well equipped and the welcome pack was perfect - everything you need for your first few days. all rooms were en-suite and showers were excellent. pool was large and enough outside seating for all.

the beach you can walk to isn’t really a beach and it’s hard to swim in the sea there. the bus was v easy to use which was good because taxis were quite expensive. would recommend a car

- very good communication with owners both before and during our stay - they sent clear information about location and guidance for our stay, very kind & friendly - every day we received some sweets for our children - although we arrived in the middle of the night, the host was waiting in the villa with hot pizza, wine & basket full of fruit and sweets, fridge full of food and drink, the children received gifts, - villa with amazing view, everything clean & tidy, - swimming pool was very clean and cleaned again every morning,

Amazing villa - comfortable, modern & clean

Amazing accommodation - it has all the facilities you'd wish for, the swimming pool is lovely, the entire villa is really very clean and modern. We got lovely surprises from the hosts and they were always ready to offer any support or advice with whatever questions we had, before and also during our stay. I will gladly recommend this to everyone, as it exceeded our expectations and we would gladly return here :)

On arrival all was perfect including a fabulous welcome box which was exceptional, this villa has everything and more, the team can not do enough for you and also brought some treats during the week, we had everything we needed for our grandson, I will be returning next year as we have had an amazing time. Cant wait to be back!

Absolutely beautiful place! more then we could wish for! The whole villa is very pretty, equipped with all You need. And designed with big style. 2 bedrooms on the 2 flor plus 1 and first - all with private bathrooms. All clean and shiny. Pool - equipped with lots of inflatables, great place for long evening chats And the Owners - they need extra chapter. Constantinos, Anastasia, Andreas & Petros! Thank You sooooo much for hosting us! At the arrival Petros wait for us even it was very late with bags full of toy for our kids, two hot pizzas, bottles of wine, full refrigerator and basket full of fruits... Day after we were welcome by Anastasia in the morning with fresh croissants... The Host are like pure gold! We have never experienced such hospitality! Thank You so much one more time and already we can't wait to see you next summer! Greetings from Poland!

Everything: hospitality, the place, swimming pool, fantastic sunset view, very comfortable villa itself, you can find everything you need. The fridge was fulfilled by our arrival. Every 2-3 days the owners presented us traditional pies and deserts. It is only 5 min on feet down the road and you will get to small beach. And when you ride the car you can reach Coral bay beach - the best in the area, in 5-7 min. Supermarket Lidl is same 5-7 min by car.

We stayed in villa number 5. View- perfect, location is very good if you renting car, all rooms with new air coolers. Pool just right! Hosts are very friendly and taking care about everything. We felt very welcome.

The hosts were very informative and communicated in a timely manner prior to arrival, and also during the stay. Every question we had was quickly answered. I felt they put every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Location was excellent, a moment's drive from Paphos and very close to the sea. The villa itself was clean and had all the amenities. Everything was just super! Stuff was very friendly and kind, helped us with spending vacation as interesting as it it possible. We got all the information about interesting places to visit also list of good restaurants, how to act due to COVID period and etc. Helped us with car renting company and of course it was very pleasant to see filled fridge and big pizza with wine when we arrived!

I would really give 100 to this property, if I could. We travel a lot, but honestly, I've never ever met such a great host before!! Absolutely ALL communication was amazing! Friendly, polite, sincere, helpful. We wish we could spend much more time here! We felt like visiting our good friends and they gave to us all the best they have! 😍 Speaking about practical part - the house is made with good care, everything is maintained very well! It's really convinient and has everything you would ever need. Pool, BBQ, view, location - perfect!
