Our stay was all excellent.

I like the water shower and the bed.

The hotel does not have a bidet.

Good choice for staying with reasonable price.

The room size and its layout is ok as expect and value for money. staffs are friendly. we can keep the luggages at hotel after check out so that we can go somewhere before heading to airport in evening.

found some dust on curtain and carpet, location quite far away from tourist point and MTR station but it can off-set with the good shuttle bus service.

Keep it up and hope for more Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan

It's 24 Hour counter service. When my family was there, the mini fridge was faulty so we called for help in the late night. The lady at the counter with immediate help provided us an ice pack to freeze our items. On the next day, they get a technician to replace it. The whole thing is fast. The room cleaners are friendly too. Large room spaces and near to Kwai Fung mall as well as Hong Kong Disneyland. The toilet bowl is separated from the shower room so it's convenient if one person is showering and the other person can go to the toilet but it may be cons too.

The Aircon in the room is fixed so it will tend to be freezing ( Recommend long covered clothes during sleep ) Tiny insects were found at the basin. And certain areas are dusty. It can be improved. The toilet door is heavy.

Not convient

Room not clean and thick dust I can see around edge of the cupboard. Room size is ok. I think there are small buds in bed or floor, I found both of my angles swollen and itchy on the first night.

It was unfortunately during the black rainstorm time, transportation from the hotel was difficult.

The location was about 30 minutes to the nearest Metro station by walking in the rain, not too bad when black warning of rainstorm was issued on September 7th, 2023.

There is none of the stop sign for the hotel shuttle bus at the Metro Kwai Hing Station. We could not find the shuttle bus.

Đủ tốt nhưng chưa thật sự hài lòng

Shuttle bus cực kỳ tiện nhưng hãy chú ý khung giờ nghỉ trưa từ 13-14 giờ hàng ngày Phòng rộng hơn hầu hết các phòng ở Hongkong và đủ tiện nghi. Có móc treo đồ, khăn tắm được thay hàng ngày và đồ dùng được refill đủ. Mức giá vừa phải Tầm nhìn khá ổn, thoáng đãng vì có cửa sổ khá lớn Phòng vệ sinh riêng tách biệt khỏi phòng tắm, khá tiện Nước nóng luôn có sẵn Tiện ích như booking đề cập đầy đủ: máy sấy tóc, tivi, tủ mát (tủ mát ko phải tủ lạnh nhé)

Tuy nhiên nhân viên lễ tân của khách sạn thật sự không dễ chịu cho lắm Phòng đã rất lâu không được hút bụi thảm, bụi rất nhiều và dưới giường thật sự tệ Thang máy kêu như thể ngày tận thế vậy ☺️

New hotel. Clean room and beds

Good price. Good services. Have free shuttle minimus from hotel car park to the nearest MTR station and from station to hotel. It depart once minutes per 30 minute.

The toilet and the showering room are separate.

Superb

I love the modern vibe and even the color pallette of the hotel. I love how fast and quick the hotel staffs. On top of it i have no idea they have free shuttle. It's tucked in a residential and industrial zone

Hotel was excellent and value for money, except for the food, shuttle bus service was excellent.

The shuttle bus was an excellent service provided by the hotel taking guest to and from the MTR. It was every half hour service and we made good use of it during our stay

We ordered a takeaway from the hotel restaurant as my brother and I got in late. We were looking forward to it but sadly it was very disappointing. Food was very greasy and looked like not much care was taken in preparing it,. Lacked flavour and the chicken we had might have been re-heated in a microwave. At a cost of $158 (about £15) we expected more. My advice go out to get a takeaway.

Quiet and spacious room

Spacious, quiet, clean STANDARD room, reasonably fast wifi even on 14th floor, 2 free small bottles of water daily, free frequent shuttle bus to Kwai Hing MTR, a few fast food (i.e. Fairwood) places nearby, built in safe in room big enough to store my 14 inch laptop, friendly and helpful staff. There is a fitness centre and restaurant in hotel but I didn't use.

Mini fridge didn't work, location inconvenient as it is in industrial area, couldn't see any public buses around the hotel.

It is a nice stay in general

The room was clean

The hotel told me that the full booking fee was held before I checked in and would be released about 2 weeks after I checked out. However, it is still a pending transaction in my bank account to date. I told them my card is a debit card and they even told me it would then take up to 2-3 months for the pending transaction to be cancelled. This is unacceptable.

In normal times, we probably wouldn't choose this location again.

As we had just completed our 3 day Quarantine and then checked in here, we were happy to find just one place for the entire 2-week remainder of our stay in HK. The hotel is comparatively new so the decor was fresh and there was not the usual lingering smell of cigarette smoke as in most other HK hotels of similar priciing.

After completing the additional 4 days of self-monitoring, they still acted as if we were lepers. We only got towel changes, additional TP, trash removal when we insisted on it. There never was any offer to change sheets, vacuum, etc. I really think they used the Covid situation as an excuse to omit doing normal housekeeping tasks. Although property is expensive in HK and despite its newness, the location in a busy logistics area and away from much of the more convenient transportation stops and restaurants was not ideal. In normal times, we probably wouldn't choose this location again.
