La ubicación y que tenía ventilador
El estado general del piso: suelo roto, bañera picada, enchufes sin embellecedores, cocina estropeada, bajos de la cocina sucios y tapados con una piza de metal que se cae, escobas y recogedor dentro del baño.

The apartment was great. There was everything what we needed. We really appriciated that the two child cots were prepared and also a child dinning seat. The location is great, the building was calm and the beach was just 2 minutes by walk. It was great that we could leave our luggage in the office before our flight!
The guy who did check in with us was really weird.. He didnt give us a card for swimming pool. (but we could pick it up later in the office) somethings need a little care in the apartment (holder for towels and so on.

The host left the apartment with broken furniture including the only wardrobe and didnt fix it despite repeated requests, so the clothes stayed in a suitcase for a week. It is unfortunate because otherwise the communication was friendly and efficient.

In the end, we didn't get a parking spot, even though it was included in the price, the keys for parking were never brought. The password on the WIFI router was so worn that it was unreadable. The overall price of the apartment was unfathomably high compared to the services offered.

A spacious apartment for 2 adults and a baby in a well kept after building with a swimming pool in the courtyard.
It was located on a quiet street but very close to the beach and the city centre. That’s a big plus of the apartment. Also there is parking if you rent a car.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They helped us store our luggage on our last day. They also arranged for a cot to be put into our apartment.
The tv and WiFi were working well.
The facilities could need an upgrade. The plug sockets were loose, the drawers in the bedroom were broken. It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped it would be. It wasn’t a deep clean as there was still some hair on the floor. If this could be improved, it would have been perfect. Overall, we were happy in the apartment.

Place is clean and has some nice decorations as well, but very basic, in my opinion too expensive for what you get

Quite place next to the beach. Free parking on the street . Everything you need in the kitchen.
Tv with few Spanish or local programs . Bathroom with shower but no shower screen and toilet paper only for few days despite our accomodation was for 6 nights. Bath towels very used and not comfy.

We booked at the last minute because of a cancelled flight, and within 1 hour of booking we were met at the front door with the keys. Amazing service! Also the town is lovely, the beaches were clean, and the food was incredible.

Good location close to shops and beaches, the appartment is not a luxury and not very new (may need some renewal soon) , but you will probably find all what you need for a stay. The parking place in the garrage under the building is a big advantage as the streets around are often fully packed with cars
The corkscrew and wine glasses were missing ;-)

Good Wifi and loved the citrus press
The walls to the neighboring apartments are very thin so you can practically hear everything they’re saying

Great position, very fair rates. Quiet at night.
As an older person I found getting g out of the bath/shower a bit difficult...A handle and rubber mat would have been helpful
