location was just a block from the water in a central location. There is a great little grocery store just feet from the entrance. The room was modern and the bed was particularly comfortable. The common kitchen area was well-equipped and modern. This was just a one-night stop for us on trip from Palermo to Sorrento, so our expectations were not very high, especially at such an affordable rate. Communication with the owner was smooth and the check-in was easy. There was free parking on the street. I think this would be a fun place to rent in the summer.
Our room faced the train tracks that run behind the property, so we had to get used to high speed trains rumbling through fairly often. The window between us and the tracks was well designed for blocking noise, so once we got used to the trains passing, we slept fine. I think the rooms on the other side of the building were probably much quieter.

- bathtub aka jacuzzi in the King room (but first - enough space for one person only and secondly - shower head wasn’t working at all)
- quite central location however for this small town every location is quite central
- small market next door (fresh paninis with cheese and mortadella)
- enough parking space around
- Lido and beach are right across the street
- if you are searching for quite and tranquil place to spend your day it’s quite perfect place for you (location) cause town is almost deserted . Some restaurants were closed on Friday, owners will explain that there are not enough people to serve for). Quite boring.
- cleaning wasn’t done properly (toilet wasn’t clean, some hair on the floor, horrible smell in the common area/kitchen)
- shower heads in bathroom we’re broken
- flash in the toilet didn’t work properly (need to press multiple times to make it flash)
- location right behind the rail way (fast trains passing by quite often so if you are light sleeper - place not for you)
- we stayed two nights and no cleaning was done and fresh towels were brought to us. cleaning lady came over on the first day and I tried to explain that we are leaving soon but she just gave me some toilet paper and left
- owner’s English knowledge is very poor (didn’t see him at all, just received message about self check in and that it). cleaning lady - no English whatsoever
- bed sheets- pure synthetic
- no soap in the bathroom, just few shampoo bags
- smell from the toilet coming to the room from time to time (maybe from the bathtub actually)
