Все понравилось, но маленькая кухня и течёт душ

Голуби в шахте на кухне. Есть бесплатная парковка, хороший wifi. Чисто, уютно. Дали тапки, папа досих пор носит, даже на улице. У ванной гель для душа, шампунь, мыло для рук. Хорошое расположение.

Течёт душ, нет фена, утюга (увез болгарен). Пол действительно скрепит. Приехали поздно, после 23 - нас никто не встретил. Разбудили соседа и он набирал хозяина и заводил нас. Кухня маленькая, в готовке не сильно разбежишься. Но в основном нам понравилось.

I liked the location, near the Cotroceni Palace, nice buildings around, clean, quite quiet location, many grean place around, near the center. I liked the balcony, I liked the rustic and modern elements in the house, the pictures, confortable bad, clean

Very clean room, comfortable, airy and good location for what was needed.

Furniture and the bathroom a little dated. Upstair rooms are renovated, downstairs everything is older.

Superb

Very nice place to stay, in vicinity of Presidential Palace, Botanical Garden and Medicine & Pharmacy University. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.

Very good location, but total absurd house rules with lack of security!

Location was very good, proximity to transport stations (subway and bus lines), the overall facilities were good as well.

On arrival, the landlord presented the house rules over the phone which included a previous unknown rule: the door lock of the apartment must not be closed at all times. This is absurd, and resulted in conflict with the landlord. The keys to the property consisted of a simple room key and a proper apartment door key, the last one which I was not allowed to use. Any traveler would not feel safe sleeping overnight in an apartment with unlocked front door! The landlord argued that no theft happened in the past years and he has video surveillance, but this is not enough to convince any tourist that such an event could not happen anytime, especially during the night! It appears the owners didn't want the door to be locked because he leaves the key to the other rooms in the lock so that he doesn't need to be available on arrival or offer alternative methods to obtain a room key. It is not in my opinion, reasonable to have an unlocked door to the apartment just because the individual rooms have lock. The bathroom for my room was across the hall and I don't think it is secure that a non guest could gain access to this shared space, especially at night when moving between rooms. Imagine coming out of the bathroom and bumping into an intruder and what the repercussions could for the owner and more importantly for the guest if the intentions of this person weren't benign. Apparently a guess couldn't access the property when arriving after midnight because the door had been locked but this isn't my issue as I don't think it reasonable for guest to open the door to a stranger at that hour. I left the property early on the following morning as I felt intimidated by the situation and uncomfortable. This whole scenario could be avoided if the owner was to offer a secure place for keys to be picked up outside of the apartment. If the key for the apartment is not to be used, then why on earth is it included with the room key?

Very good

Good, calm location with free parking, close everywhere with Uber (also cheap). The owner is here to help with every info that you need, we asked for some extra things in the house and he provided them without problem. In overall the place is good for the price !

Only the bed and pillows were way too soft for us, not very comfortable to sleep.

The owner was very polite, who helps you all the time! Super! Our plane was delayed and he was really nice to wait for us 3 hours later, late after midnight. Many thanks!

The staff was super nice; I asked where could I find a Mango. The Next day they bought me three big Mangos. Thanks for your hospitality; it was so comfortable

+ The location is good, close to the metro. + The room was clean. + Overall, the price was good.

- The house is old and, because of this, the floors creak everywhere. - The bathroom was outside the room, across the hall. - The towels could have looked better. - Shared terrace with neighbors with access to all windows directly in the bedroom. I felt a little anxiety about privacy.

The location is good, close to the subway and stores. The room was clean.

The house is old and so the floors creak all over. The room with the terrace has a street view and if a truck passes by, you can feel the room shake. The window doesn’t have a net to keep the bugs out.

nice building, would stay one night

nice building, nice big terrace. private bathroom.

Juliette terrace with neighbours with all the windows directly into the bedroom. A little fence between the rooms would have saved me a little anxiety of someone watching me sleep 😂 also cockroaches. was fine for the price though.

Pleasant

Good, quiet area, next to the Presidential Palace. We managed to find street parking very close. The rooms are quite spatious, without the extended couch. The water dispenser was much appreciated.

We arrived during the weekend and there were some garbage bins right in front of the house that were smelling pretty bad. The floor tiles were from old wood and were squeaking very loud. A neighbour was cutting some bricks on a saturday evening and was making a lot of dust, so we could't use the terrace or stay with the window open. He got angry when we kindly asked him to stop. We found several small bugs crawling on the floor.
