Z 10 bodov davam 3, sklamanie pre mna.

Pacila sa mi lokalita a to je asi tak vsetko. Izby nezodpovedaju fotkam na nete, cistota 0, televizor nefungoval, chladnicka svietila, ale nechladila, klima za poplatok, viac by som sa tam nevratila. Dakujem

A szállás hozzáadott értékét a kiváló személyzete adja. Végül pozitív élménnyel távoztunk.

Személyzet rendkívülien udvarias, segítőkész. Érkezésünkkor felajánlottak egy pezsgőfürdős káddal rendelkező szobát ahelyett, amit eredetileg le tudtunk foglalni, mindezt felár nélkül. Bármilyen kérésünk / kérdésünk volt, mindig azonnal, rugalmasan megoldották. Tudtunk SZÉP és bankkártyával is fizetni. Busszal nagyon könnyű megközelíteni, 20 percenként indulnak járatok Miskolcra az utca túloldaláról, barlangfürdő 2 megállóra található.

A szoba tisztasága.. vagyis annak hiánya. A fürdőben ott felejtett koszos fogmosós poharak, fültisztító pálcika, körömcsipesz, a kád állapota sem volt sajnos hívogató.. pókhálók, foltos ágynemű. Sehol nem volt törölközőszárító, de még akasztó sem. A személyzet ezt is ugyan nagyon gyorsan megoldotta, rögtön adtak nekünk egy ruhaszárítót, de egy wellness részleg mellé azért nem ártana egy radiátor a szobába, ahol megszáríthatnánk a törölközőket, fürdőruhát két csobbanás között.

לא הייתי חוזרת לשם

אני רוצה להדגיש שהצוות התחלף בשעות אחר הצהריים והיה מעולה עם המון רצון טוב. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. זה שהם קרובים לבריכת המנהרה נותן להם נקודות זכות. מסתבר שיש להם שני מבנים וצריך לבחור. אנחנו לא ידענו!!!

בתמונות החדר נראה מעולה. זה ששמו אמבטייה במרכז החדר לא הופך אותו לחדר אקסלוסיב. הצוות שקיבל אותנו לא הסכים שנראה את החדר עד שניתן תשובה אם אנחנו רוצים או לא רוצים ארוחת בוקר.

Bad experience

The location is good.

It was our 3rd time at the property and this time we took friends with us. When we arrived, the lady at the reception screamed from the door that the check-in was only 2pm. We had being there before and done the check-in in earlier and grabbed the keys later like 6pm. This time the staff was rude. By 6pm when we came back, there was a line up of people to check-in in and 2 receptionist wasn't enough for the job. They gave us a room in the outside building and to my friends as well. For my surprise, my friends received a room with a outside bathroom (wasn't what they paid for). The staff said that it was the only bedroom available. In our room, it was a place that they didn't take any care of it. The shades were grease, the door handle was broken, the window handles was broken, the walls had mold, the shower water entered in the bedroom. The tv got green lines after 2 minutes on. It was a very unpleasant 1 night stay. It was a shame because we had been there before and the place was good. When we checked out I mentioned it all and nobody seemed to care about it. I am not advising anyone to stay there anymore, it wasn't worth the price.

Összességében szép hely jó ételek, egy kis odafigyeléssel még jobb lehetne

Tágas volt a szobánk. Finom ételek voltak. A reggeli is jó volt.

Hideg volt a reggelinél a virlsi. A szoba tisztaságára jobban kellene figyelni. Plussz az asztalink egy része le volt esve ez veszélyes bolt mert 1 éves kislánnyal érkeztünk. A hidromasszázskád néhány fujója nem is működött.

Great location. Close to all the attractions. The Steak House restaurant offers really good food. The staff is very friendly. It has a remote place in the yard where you can stay with your friends.

The yard is poorly maintained. But we were there out of season.

Rooms were not clean especially bathrooms (towels, shower), no basic amenities (hand soap)

It's ok . I recomend

Central position, 10 minutes walk from aqua spa. Free parking. Good breakfast. Also staff speaks good English. In the morning you can hear the birds. Feel like in heaven.

Room decoration need some attention. Also outside facilities, yard - need some cleaning. Maybe the place was closed for winter and now it's a season restart.

Nice place but we got unlucky.

The room was clean.

I didn't get the room I booked. Unfortunately, it seems that there are 2 family suite with the same name, same price but there is one without the jacuzzi for couple in it (like on the picture). Even though I booked the one with the jacuzzi with tapas like on the picture because it was my partner's birthday (I even sent a message asking for it), we got the other one. Advice for the staff: it is not because a customer speaks english that he doesn't understand hungarian :). Also, I suggest when a mistake like that happens, not to wait for the customer to propose some solutions or some commercial gesture.

Our greatest stay was in there🤩

The grill restaurant was our favorit. Menu is great and the staff is exellent, they are so kind and helpful. Earn this money

Pool was smaller what we expect, but that was a reason to choose this accomodation. My son use nonstop, he love it

Great for families

Amazing staff, always nice and polite. They speak very good English :) Breakfast was yummy, it was good selection of breakfast buffet. For a dinner we had tasty meal from their Steak House restaurant. There is a small swimming pool, hot tubs / jacuzzi, small children play area, good for families with children. Large outdoor Thermal spa with cave is just few minutes walk, so not too far from accommodation.

Breakfast was ok - in my opinion of average quality, average choice - on the good side - plentiful, one kind of ham was excellent and there was a quite good orange juice. Room was clean. Internet was stable, 1Mbps in the evening up to 30 Mbps in the morning

Parking was unavailable at arrival and hotel stuff was not helpful with solving situation. Moreover they required to hand over passport and ID to be photo copied under sanction to refuse hotel stay, even prior paid and confirmed booking, they explained its government policy, but I find it unsecure, prone to identify theft. My refusal to photo ID was not accepted. Air condition was available only with cash deposit
