Description
A well kept single level family home with a large fully fenced yard and pool. Inside has been fully renovated with modern finishes. Having aircon throughout you will be comfortable all day and night. The living area and kitchen is open plan which allows you to look out to the generous yard and pool. 3 well sized rooms with beautiful comfy beds. We offer free WIFI and Foxtel. There is a Weber BBQ.
Far Beach and fantastic parks are a short walk as the Base Hospital and Mater Hospital very close vey car.

This open space allows you to feel connected to the outside. You can see the yard and pool from each space which makes it less stress if you have kids.

Location
3km to the city centre where you'll find cafes, restaurants, cinema, Caneland Shopping Centre, a whole shopping precinct and lots more. Mackay airport is less then 5 kms away. The Base and Mater Hospitals are both a short trip away also. Mackay football Stadium is a short walk up the road as is the local basketball stadium and cricket club Harrup Park.
Mackay has so many fantastic parks to choose from as well as an amazing water park.

Great, tidy, comfortable property with all amenities you need. Host Loren, very responsive and helpful. Off street parking an advantage. Southside of Mackay for easy access to Finch Hatton Mountain Biking - didn't disappoint. Local bus stop a short walk from house, great to catch to city centre and Caneland Shopping Centre. Lovely morning walking route with access to take away coffee just down the road at Ocean's International, who also do an amazing breakfast! Would return if heading this way again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Cozy and modern house. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and watching Netflix. Situated in a quiet area but only a short drive to supermarkets and malls. Thank you Loren for making so easy for us to enjoy our stay this was our 1st ever booking with anyone and your communication made it a stress free experience.

This property was spot on. Had everything we needed and in a great location. The pool was well used by the kids whilst the parents could sit back and relax on the lush green lawn. Loren was so easy to deal with and was always available if there was any problems. We most definitely will stay again.

The property is very convenient for us visiting family in Mackay as they live 5 minutes away. It is also convenient to the airport. It was clean and well equipped and the swimming pool was a great bonus as the weather was hot for our stay.

This is our second time staying- and for good reason! It’s the perfect spot for families- close to the beach, the parks, you aren’t locked into a hotel room and kids have space to run around and splash in the pool! Honestly it’s ideal!

The property is perfect for a small family, with a big yard and pool out the back so they can burn some energy while we were on holidays. Loren was easy to deal with and communication was great. Well worth the stay.

The weather was not great but no fault of anyone. The accommodation had everything we needed. I did find the lounge uncomfortable and difficult to fit a family of four but the place was clean and tidy. Everyone had comfortable stay overall.

The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming with an easy to use kitchen, large back yard and a small pool for the children. There was a kids box outside and some random children's games around the house. It was a quiet neighborhood and we did not mind hopinging into the car for food shopping, swims , climbing parks and beach walks. Also the centre of town has some great eateries- we chose the outdoor setting near the Blue Lagoon. As grandparents we have travelled extensively and we can say that the setting was brilliant for a family stay. Thank you Loren

Well maintained property Beds were very comfy and all bedding provided, some towels also which were a great extra for the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook and eat with and pantry staples also were a bonus. Great water pressure and shower facilities We enjoyed our stay 100% recommend

Pleasant home away from home. All the creature comfort's in a convenient location. Big back yard for the kids to run around in and a decent sized pool to cool off in. Quick and clear communication with owner. If we are ever in Mackay again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property was fantastic for our short 5 day stay, nice quiet location. The house had everything you needed, beds were super comfy and aircon in every room made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The pool was great, if only it had a shade sail. The only negative would be the seating, futon couch was very uncomfortable and not big enough for more than 2 adults. Dining chairs were also hard and uncomfortable. Other than the seating it was clean and homey. We would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Loren 🙂😊

Overall we really enjoyed our experience renting this property. It was exactly what we were looking for while we waited for the arrival of our little girl. Great backyard to occupy my 2 yo and everything you need in the house such as cooking equipment, toys etc. The beds were extremely comfortable the only downfall was the quality of the couch.

Great location for what we needed. We were in Mackay for a sport carnival and found ourselves 2 streets away from the venue. Location couldn't have been better. Really quiet at night which was great after long days. All conveniences available and the ability to come home and wash sports gear was great. Would definitely stay again should we travel back to Mackay.
