We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house, it was both comfortable and stylish, conveniently located for the Noosa Junction shops and eateries (less than 5 minutes' walk) and about 20 minutes walk to Noosa Heads and Hastings St. Great pool. Jan was a thoughtful hostess and we would love to stay again.

Jan was so lovely. Check in & out was easy. The outdoor areas are such a nice space to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. The heated pool is such a bonus! Walking distance to nice cafes and Hastings Street. The parking isn’t ideal for larger cars (better for smaller cars) but still made it work, plus there was more street parking available.

Perfect location for exploring this lovely region. The house is exactly as described… spacious, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a short term rental. The pool was a hit with the kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and found Jan was great at communicating with us. The kids loved the pool. Location was good as we had the option of walking to Noosa Junction for dinner or a short drive to the busy end of Hastings St.

Fabulous house that is well styled, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It is very close to Noosa Junction and not far from Noosa Beach. Jan was very helpful and prompt in her communication. Definitely recommend this place as somewhere great to stay.

We loved our stay in Noosa. The house was beautiful, bright and airy. Wonderful outside areas for meals, especially the front balcony at sunset with its amazing view. We loved the pool area which was clean, had undercover areas and sun beds. We also appreciated the portacot, change mat and high chair for our baby. Jan was super helpful with all questions. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back :)

This is our second stay at this property and already plan to return. Very well built, well decorated & well equipped house, great pool for the kids, private parking, close to a great shopping strip with plenty of bars and eating options. Highly recommend for a family.

Spacious, well maintained and clean, fully equipped place - perfect for us four during our short stay in between weekends. Pool and private garage much appreciated. Supermarket one minute car ride away, down to Hastings and main beach three. Very good communication before and during stay. Definitely recommended.

Had a lovely stay with our littlies and in-laws. Great house with everything you need and perfect location close to the junction. Beautiful pool and outdoor area - just need to take care around the pool as there are a number of steep steps which can be quite tricky for little ones.

Lovely spacious home, the garden looked a little uncared for and the pool cleaner timer wasn’t enough to keep the pool clean. The overhanging tree was constantly dropping leaves plus there was staining around the steps and walls..

Jan's place is a sensational holiday stay, especially for families. The place is in a really nice and quiet part of Noosa but close enough to walk to the main beach. The house itself is modern and clean, pool is fantastic for kids, but also, lots of thought has been put into furnishings, entertainment, cookware etc. which makes a big difference to us. The nearby village of Noosa Junction is a short stroll away and has everything you need in a quiet and relaxed setting. We will definitely return here

Our second time staying at Jan’s property. It never disappoints. Super comfortable beds, revamped modern decor since last visit, central to everything, so much thought has gone into this property. Kitchen has everything you could want, several choices for sitting outside either by pool or on verandahs. Extremely clean. Can’t wait to come again.

We enjoyed two weeks at the fabulous luxury property at Grant street. The check in process was easy and efficient. We always had prompt and friendly assistance and advice from Jan, the owner and host, she was tremendous. The double story house, bedrooms below leading onto the pool area, and spacious living area upstairs. Very nice pool with ample outdoor furniture. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, two outdoor decks upstairs both with outdoor dining tables. All in all a luxurious and beautifully maintained property. The position is fantastic. Two minutes walk to the Junction which now has about thirty restaurants, every one of them excellent. We did most of our eating there, about half the price of Hastings street, most BYO, so easy to wander up every night to a new restaurant or bar. Hastings street and front beach just down the hill and only an easy ten minute walk for those that enjoy a bit of daily exercise. Otherwise plenty of Uber’s around , $8 a ride. So all in all an easy 10/10 for everything, anywould would completely love it here. Thank you Jan for your beautiful property.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's place. It is well set up within walking distance to Noosa Junction's shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a 10 - 15 walk down to Hastings Street and the beach. The house was clean, well provisioned and the kids loved the pool. Jan was also super flexible considering we had to reschedule a bunch of times due to COVID which was greatly appreciated. All in all a great house in a great location. We didn't want to leave and would stay again in a heart beat! Thanks!!

Wonderful stay. Jan has thought of everything that you may need whilst holidaying with 3 young children! Spotlessly clean and great size for a family of 5. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side and we had a very wet holiday. Thankfully, the house was so comfortable so kids swam in the rain and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing with our books! We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was well equipped, the beds and bedding were of a very high quality and the sofa was incredibly comfortable! The house had several outdoor entertaining areas which had a gorgeous outlook. Jan was easily contactable if needed, not that we had any cause to contact her. We would love to stay at this property again.

This was my first trip to Noosa and won’t be my last. Jan was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was spacious and had three - yes three! - large tables to dine at plus a lounge area outside. The pool was great for the kids. The only thing I would note is that, with small kids, the house is not quite in walking distance to the beach. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Had all the luxuries we needed, aircon in every room, pool, living area away from bedrooms ect. Jan was lovely and easy to contact during the stay. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the pool had build up on the sides and ground. The house was pristine. Would definitely go back again.
