Wir würden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen und immer wiederkommen.

Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das ganze Ambiente hat einfach gestimmt.

Die betrunkenen Leute, dafür kann aber das Hotel einfach nichts

Perfect family time at a beautiful location

The food was amazing at this resort. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The housekeeper went above and beyond to clean our room and brought extra things for our 6 month old baby

The room is very old and needed maintanence. WiFi didn’t work in the room.

Agréable séjour au Paloma

Bel hôtel avec deux piscines dont une avec un tobbogan. Le complexe est joliment conçu et particulièrement bien entretenu , propre grâce à un personnel dévoué toute la journée sous une chaleur écrasante nettoyant en permanence que ce soit aux abords des piscines comme au buffet. Un service tout inclus de qualité toujours bien réapprovisionné. Un personnel agréable et sympathique avec mention particulière pour Lokman, Hassan, Fadil et Zinar. L'hôtel se trouve dans un lieu calme proche de la plage où il suffit de consommer pour avoir accès aux chaises longues et parasols. Pour rejoindre la trépidante ville de Bodrum un dolmus passe aux pieds de l'hôtel le trajet coûte 35 livres turques. Pour rejoindre Gümbet il faudra prendre un taxi qui coûte entre 150 et 200 livres turques. Un séjour dans l'ensemble rendu très agréable par les lieux et le personnel.

Des règles devraient être imposées pour la piscine! Certains "habitués" se croient chez EUX et monopolisent d'un jour sur l'autre sans enlever leurs serviettes pendant tout le temps de leur séjour au moins 10 chaises longues au bord de la piscine bloquant l'accès aux escaliers menant à la piscine et privant l'ensemble des autres clients de ces emplacements et surtout imposant les autres à faire de même pour oser espérer avoir une place à la piscine! Ceci est fort regrettable et laisse donc un goût amer. Un conseil imposez le retrait de toutes les serviettes le soir à 19h lors de la fermeture pour laisser la chance à l'ensemble de votre clientèle et non pas qu'à certains privilégiés d'avoir accès aux abords directs de la piscine notamment aux familles avec enfants en bas âge ou personnes plus âgées. Ce fut vraiment le seul point noir du séjour. Sinon wifi aléatoire et luminosité de la chambre trop faible mais sans grande conséquence.

Хороший отель в своей ценовой категории (цена/качество). Дружелюбный персонал. Красивая небольшая территория с 2 бассейнами. Практически всегда есть что поесть/перекусить.

Скудное меню (мало рыбы и мяса). В номерах пора освежить ремонт. Интернет плохо ловит в номерах. На лежаках возле бассейна постоянно (даже ночью) лежат полотенца. Отсутствие нормального пляжа с песком. На пляже много мусора (особенно окурков) и больших собак. Возле пляжа дорога и много яхт. Приходилось ходить на другой пляж (общественный) в 10 минутах от отеля.

It was a fantastic experience

The breakfast was amazing, so many varieties of hot and cold dishes, we had the full inclusive deal, lunch and dinner dishes were so delicious, we were spoiled for choice.

The WiFi in the bedroom was weak

Pleasant

Great location, walking distance to the restaurants. Dinner was delicious.

Wifi in the reception and bar areas only; no room service for 5 days as "the hotel was fully occupied and the team did not have time". Water leak in the bathroom wasn't fixed (5 days).

Brilliant family break in a lovely safe well kept hotel, we will be back!

The food was amazing so much choice, the staff were lovely & helpful I felt completely safe here. As a woman alone with 4 children it’s very important. Lovely room, clean and well looked after grounds. Swimming pools were great & 5 minutes to the beach & shops.

The hotel would really benefit from evening entertainment maybe a Turkish night or live music for guests. There was no entertainment in the evening at all.

I liked the fact that we got checked-in an hour before standard check-in starts

Food was poor, limited options and taste as very cheap bar. Food availability was limited. Too few spaces around both pools. Water slide available for 4 hours a day. All inclusive with drinks free of charge until 23.00 after that time you are asked to pay for the drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Drinks themselves are very poor quality. Place seems to attract party animals despite the fact they consider themselves as family oriented facility. No kids club despite they advertise to have it. I will definitely not come back.

Really enjoyed my stay at Paloma!

Perfect location near by the beach. I was traveling alone but it didn’t feel lonely. The staff is very kind and they look after you. Really enjoyed my stay at Paloma and hope to come back again.

Superb

We stayed a family of 4 adults and 2 kids, we really enjoyed. Food was good: buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner plus snacks, ice-cream. There are 2 adults and 2 kids swimming pools. Very safe, very clean. All staff are friendly and polite. Many thanks to Oguzhan and Akin on the reception. All bar tenders and restaurant staff were above professional. Thanks to each one of you.

The rooms need so much maintenance, in one of our rooms the AC broke down and leaked for 3 days, and when they fixed it there was not any hot water, the rooms need more ventelation, the reception staff niceness differs between individuals

Food was good, great location, friendly staff, aircon in room. Some of the bar staff entertained us.

Bar closes too early, should open later and then stay open longer.
