Hotel muy bonito, con un personal muy amable. Estupenda habitación y buen desayuno. Muy cerca de la ciudad antigua y de la calle comercial.

أصحاب المكان ذو استقبال رائع وابتسامه مشرقه ومتفانين في العمل ومتعاونين جداً ، يوجد فطور لطيف ونظيف واشكرهم بعمق لأني صحوت متأخرا عن وجبة الإفطار وقاموا بإحضار وجبة الإفطار إلى غرفتي ، شارع جميل فيه كل الخدمات والفندق ( مجدد بالكامل ونظيف جداً ) سأعود إليكم قريباً بإذن الله ، شكرا للجميع . ناصر وعائلته .

Everything was fine :D

The hotel is located in a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the pulsating center of Madaba, with all its shops, typical restaurants (a very good restaurant is in front of the hotel) interesting views to photograph and attractions. I booked a spacious, clean, tastefully furnished single room (with double bed), features also of the entire hotel, I think recently built or refurbishedand. The room was much nicer than expected. I met a kind staff - available in organizing tours to other Jordanian locations and transport services from and to the Airport - and ate a very good breakfast.

having to travel by car from Madaba to the Dead Sea, up to Petra, and to organize everything from Italy, to have time to contact several drivers and compare the prices offered by each one, I encountered a certain difficulty in obtaining a clear information on the price of the transport service of the Hotel's driver in these locations in a short time (a circumstance that led me to organize the planned trips with another driver). On the one hand I'm sorry: I met the driver of the hotel moving from the airport to Madaba and he was really kind, gentle and cheap. I therefore advise the Hotel, for the future, in case of requests of this type, to prepare an indicative fixed tariff to submit to guests (as already happens for the transport service to and from the airport).

The parking lot is next to the hotel and is included in the price. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. Good breakfast. Location near the center of Madaba.

The bathroom needs renovation.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The location is very good. The hotel provides a nice co-working space. The breakfast was much better than in other hotels in Jordan we have been to so far.

Great location, great parking place, great breakfast and people.

Bathroom a bit dirty, sometimes noisy (door slaming, phone ringing), but maybe it was coinsidence. We were there three nights.

Superb

I stayed in the hotel with my family in 2 rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. Heating with air conditioning was completely sufficient. Parking in a large parking lot near the hotel. The street and hotel was quiet. Staff was very pleasant. We were very satisfied.

Lovely stay in Madaba

We had a lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with variety of local food. Free access to coffee and tea corner. Free parking in the nearby street. Convenient location to the city and main attractions.

Good overnight stay near the airport

We wanted accommodation close to the airport at a good price. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast in the basic option but tasty. The hotel has a small parking lot in front of the entrance which was also a plus. Staff friendly and helpful.

Something more than the reception area in the building could definitely use some renovation. The atmosphere is like in previous years. Regardless of the cleanliness of the facility, but it would certainly add a lot to the atmosphere of the accommodation. Maybe some basic equipment in the rooms such as kettle to boil water.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good and well stocked. WiFi worked well.

Smelt strongly of diesel fumes from very dirty street outside. Madaba is very polluted and dirty. Room very basic.

Essential hotel outside of city center

The room was quite big. There is a free parking area near the hotel. The position is good to get to the airport very easily (20 min)

The position is not central in Madaba. The room and also breakfast were really essential, nothing special. Also unfortunately I must say that Madaba, despite being a really nice city, is really dirty. It is a pity that people don't care about their city

Pleasant sta

We had a nice stay at Rumman Hotel. They gave us good advice for the rest of our itinerary ito visit Petra and go to Wadi Rum afterwards. The hotel is clean and breakfast was a variety of warm and cold local dishes.
