Excellent place to stay

1. Excellent view of ocean and sunset. 2. Two bathrooms, which often we don't find in a single apartment 3. Very spacious apratment 4. Great kitchen 5. Close to the beach 6. Restaurant for snacks and drinks

Bathroom need some upgrade. At least one bathroom could have walking shower which makes easier.

Great location, poor amenities

Location, clean swimming pool and quietness

Shabby apartment with amenities that needed maintenance. We found plenty of ants and a giant cockroach in the apartment. In the bathroom the was mould on the ceiling and the water was dropping down.

Excellent view

The location was spectacular with nice view of the ocean. There are 2 swimming pools and one for kids. Ample parking space and strong wifi. We didnt dine here but we had multiple choices in the neighbourhood. The reception was manned by Christine, a fellow dutch and a happy lady. Overall i enjoyed my stay

A few toilettries would have been nicer. Otherwise nothing.

Superb

Very good and spacious appartment just next to the ocean. Terrace with ocean view. 2 seperate bathrooms in the appartment was a nice surprise! Very comfy! 2 min walking distance from the beach! Pool area is great too!

The place is what I didnt expect totally different from the photo its an old apartment you can smell the old place on it we even have a problem with the aircon/heater it was not working the staff were so helpful my husband just ask for a portable heater but when we came home from our dinner it was so cold .

Great value for price.

The location it's right next to the beach. Views are breathtaking. Apartament is well equiped and okay for it's value.

Everything was fine, except the separate beds. We were expecting a double bed, but eventually we got used to them.

Location is good, very close to the beach. Spacious apartments. Big open parking space. Not far from the train station. This is a village, quiet and with minimum infrastructure, which is good for family with kids. Staff is great. Many thanks to that people!

These are 2-3 buildings with 50-60 apartments, with well organised area and layout, with 2 pools and "canteen". The first apartment we got was in really poor conditions, I cannot describe it without emotions. Someone already placed the same overview earlier. (I sent photos to my frind and asked can it be in 2022, he said it looks like 1972.) Everithing was old, worn-out 200%, build in 70-80 and never repaired. When we opened dish washer there was mold inside (in 4 stars apartment). We asked to change the room if possible and moved to another appartment after 2 nights. Second appartment was better, but ... without washing machine and dishwasher. This situation reminds me Egypt and Turkey, where you always have to ask to change first given apartment.

Our family stay at Do Parque.

Christine and the staff were amazing, polite, helpful, accommodating, flexible, and helped in anything we asked for. The pools were always cleaned. The cafe staff clean and helpful. The overall outside appearance of the complex is excellent. The apartment, is a 2 bedroom, large size, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. 3 air conditioner available... close to the beach, great view of the ocean. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, outside markets, etc.

The internal of the building is old, like from the 70's, as per my kids. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are not pillows, flat and old. Bathroom faucets are cold on one side and hot on the other. Furniture is old, everything is basic as for supplies, knives, etc. This place would be amazing with a small investment, to make it worth the money u pay.

Perfect location near beach. Spacious apartment and balcony with lovely view of the sea. Good coffee maker. 2 fully equipped bathrooms.

Lot of bits needed maintenance: bathroom door didn't shut or lock, taps loose, balcony door hard to open and lock. Swimming pools not kept clean; insects and leaves put my grandsons off swimming.
