Would stay again but would love this beautiful place to be updated

Loved the staff and the location! Neither could be beat. The hotel is a beautiful old space. It simply needs some tender updates and tidying and it would be a 10+.

It needs some updating as some things are broke and can’t be fixed. They need to be replaced and updated.

Never go there again

Property is in very poor condition. Bathroom was terrible. Shower doesn’t work. It was not at all what l expected regardless of the excessive cost. The bar staff were very good but the regulars were very poorly behaved. My partner was groped. The room was tiny. The beds need replacing. This place needs a total refurbishment. Don’t go

On the whole it was enjoyable only minor disturbences

The hotel staff were as usual very helpful and courteous

The fact that some parents were not Controlling the children even though it was near closing time. It would be nice if there was a time limit and they then left so there were only adults late at night.

If you want to be near the beach and you can accept a "simple" accomodation this is the place.

Location is difficult to beat. You have a view on the sea from your room. The room is very clean and the staff is realy pleasant.

Regardind hotels you can book in Waterford, 15km away for the same price, price seems exagerated. The hotel is not brand new and some parts would need some refresh.

Very good.

Stunning views of the coast, staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The downstairs pub is cosy with good food and atmosphere.

Bring your own electric heater if you want to stay warm.

location is great right by the coast.

it was very cold in the room. I had to use the hair dryer to heat the room, the radiator in the room didn’t come on. the one in the bathroom did. I went down to speak to someone but no one was around. Howling wind in the corridor whistling through the night.

Perfect Irish experience at this hotel!!

Location is hard to beat. Right on the beach. close to all the activities of Tramore. Restaurant, bar, everything you would want in an Irish experience.

The hotel had WiFi but it was not accessible in my room. it was quite inconvenient as I was reliant on WiFi to communicate. If I would have had WiFi available in my room, (as rooms in the main hotel probably do), I would have no complaints at all.

the location

wrost I’ve ever been to , just for one particular thing we entered the room and there was this big “air purifier “ machine on , closed curtains , closed windows and you could barely breath . the smell of it was terrible , smell like a swimming pool full of chlorine. we tried the to get rid of it by opening the window but nothing , even the bed sheets smelled like that . the worst thing was that I was SICK all night , coughing like crazy and feeling dizzy and pain in my lungs . never never never again in this hotel

A complete and huge disappointment should neve be called a hotel

Rooms were small Beds were smaller Food was rank With an ant in salt cellar and when brought to attention of staff they found this hilarious and brought a new salt cellar to de table.while laughing into our face. Food was brutal We stayed 2 nights and left early never stayed the 3rd night.

Didn't like not having a room in the hotel the room we had was around the corner with stairs I spoke to reception when I arrived and was told I only booked yesterday so my request for aground floor was not available however l had booked 4 days before l walk with a cruch and my son is autistic you would think it would have been picked up on
