Highly, Highly Recommended

This was an exceptional place. The hosts were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and offering plenty of tips for sight seeing, with a good hearty breakfast to set you on your way.

Niamh and Avery were excellent hosts. The B&B was spotlessly clean and in a super location with parking at the rear. When we arrived we were greeted by Avery who is very knowledgable about the area and a very attentive host. Niamh took the time to speak to both me and my 15 year old son which made the whole thing feel very homely and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely worth mentioning, the pancakes were particularly good! I would have no hesitation in booking again. Excellent value for money. We were only there for 4 day but it made a lasting impression in the best way.

There was nothing about Beach Haven that we didn't like. Even down to the room where breakfast is served, the view is beautiful.

Comfortable and very enjoyable

Breakfast was gorgeous we had to put in an order the day before so when we got up for breakfast it was ready as ordered . The rooms are very comfortable the overall B&B is excellent very homely Avery and Niamh work together and they do a great job we would definitely recommend Beach Haven and we will return for sure keep up the good work

Loved everything from the moment we walked in. Lovely welcome, room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. Avery and Niamh are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, will definitely be back!

Nice welcome. Concise breakfast menu. Good wifi to do some work.

Probably little that can be done, but it was difficult to park. Wasn't helped by coming in late with a large van, and some residents parking poorly.

Family friendly accommodation

The hosts Niamh and Avery were fantastic. They gave us tips and suggestions about our holiday. Really nice and welcoming people. The place was nice and clean, the food was delicious and the location was perfect. We highly recommend it.

Great stay and would love to come back for summer

The B&B is run by a nice couple. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes to the town center and the beach strand. Bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and room it tidied up everyday. Breakfast was lovely, no curfew with a reasonable quiet hours. We would love to come back during the summer season.

A bit of discolouration in the shower edges. Nothing major.

Didn't sleep very well in this dismal room, the others looked nicer

Location near to town

Room very boring, needed brightening up. TV didn't work. Internet poor. Patio doors poor quality wouldn't lock/close properly. Had to leave for early ferry so didn't need breakfast but no discount offered

Our stay was just briliant! - great, friendly and helpfull host - cosy room with comfortable bed and beautiful view - shared lobby with super soft sofa - delicious, warm breakfast which you choose from menu previous day - clean place - towels, shampoo and soap in the bathroom - near (max. 10min) to every place you need I can recommend it to absolutely everyone!

The hosts were very welcoming. It felt like a loving home. Everything was clean. The room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was really tasty. Everything was liked about the place and it was not a far walk into the centre. Anything we needed the hosts were available to help. I would highly recommend this b&b. I would definitely return

5 star accommodation at a very good price.

Hosts Avery and Niamh were very welcoming. As soon as I arrived Avery gave me a town map and marked off restaurants to try. Their house is beautiful, and it felt as though I were staying with old friends. The breakfasts were amazing, from full Irish to Continental style buffet. The coffee was excellent, and refills offered generously. I admired the colour my bedroom was painted so Avery photographed the tin, so I had all the information I wanted! I honestly have never stayed at a better guesthouse. It deserves 5 *****
