Super hôtel pour se détendre

Le personnel de l'hôtel (securité, serveurs, ...) super agréable et aux petits soins pour passer un super séjour. Suite à un problème de minibar à 21h ce dernier a été signalé et corrigé dans la foulée. Son emplacement est top. Nous séjournions en suite junior avec lit XXL vraiment confortable. Petit déjeuner au top avec une grande amplitude horaire donc très appréciable. Une mention spécial au gardien qui nous a recommandé le restaurant Indien ! On a pas été déçu

A reggelit nem vettük igénybe, mert kora reggel indult a repülőnk.Csak egy éjszakára volt szállásunk, az ott megrendezendő esküvőn vettünk részt, amely csodálatos helyszín volt és színvonalasan került megrendezésre.

perfect stay

the place was perfect, very clean, and the staff was very professional with good hospitality. the service was perfect 👌

the most uncomfortable thing about this trip was the noise all day because of new constructions in the hotel, and I think that is not good for the hotel reputation in the middle of the season

Buon hotel, cibo delizioso, ma attenzione alla vista mare

La struttura è molto bella, con piscina, Hammam e deliziosi ristoranti. Il ristorante italiano all’interno dell’hotel è davvero molto buono!!

Ho chiesto esplicitamente due camere vista mare, che in realtà si è trasformata in vista sul parcheggio (che da su una piscina rumorosissima). mi hanno gentilmente cambiato le stanze ma, onestamente, non era quello che ho chiesto ed una delle due, comunque, è rimasta vista parcheggio

Golden Carthage Hotel.

Good size room and balcony. Not an overly busy time to stay at the hotel, so plenty of space to oneself. Friendly staff, room service knocked on door twice aday to ask if we needed fresh towels or more bottles of water.

Not all the restaurants appeared to be open. Big hotel and layout a little disorienting.

I don’t recommend

There is nothing beautiful about this hotel. I do not recommend it, and the value is high for services. This hotel is old. For me, it will be the last time.

Before I book this hotel, I read the policies for the check-out time was 5:30 pm, but when I come to the hotel, they tell me that the check-out time is at 12:00 am, and I am told that we have nothing to do

The staff were all nice and helpful but the Cleaner did not come every day

There were no spa but had massage which was good There was drilling which was a bit noisy as work was going on One of the sun umbrella was broken do had to find another working one and my mother was not impressed Overall the facilities at the pool was good

Disappointed with the end of my stay

The staff were friendly & some werent tbh, check-in was easy, the room was spacious and well equiped The Wifi was good, bed was very comfortable, the room was as expected, I had a good view on the swimming pool.

The breakfast options are poor, the Shisha cafe is very expensive -WARNING- DO NOT ASK THE STAFF TO ARRANGE A TAXI FOR YOU I asked the staff to arrange a taxi to the airport for me becuase I was leaving late, I asked them to have my taxi at 2:30 am The taxi came and waited since 1:50 am ( 40 mins earlir ) as he said, Charged me more than the tripple and said it was arranged with the hotel as it is a Taxi company, I asked him for a reeipt but he said he cant cuz the machine wasnt working It was a rip off and very indecent, very unprofessional and actually very rude from the hotel to do so.

Nice place for a short break along the Gammarth coast

I very large hotel complex with various amenities. Easy check-in, room and bathroom fine. Internet good quality. Buffet has many choices for each taste. Despite Ramadam, there were no "inconveniences".

Indoor pool and hammam still being refurbished (should have been mentioned on the booking site). Orders taken (bar, restaurant, shisha lounge) could not be charged on the room, had to be paid cash or by card.

Luxury stay in Golden Carthage

The place was very nice, quiet and clean, very beautiful decoration, friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool & terrace, restaurants - everything was excellent

Swimming pool inside was not working (yet it was not the season to swim outside), the place is rather isolated, so to go anywhere one needs a taxi, but rates applicable have been per definition higher - amid the expensive hotel.

Nothing, I first stayed here in 2006 and it was amazing, since then no investment, the place is falling apart the AC did not work, carpets grubby, bathroom and bedroom very old . One light stay on all night, ery Lound noise from the corridor , hair in the sink and bath
