location
the smell of mold and dampness

the only good thing was the sea view
the room itself was dusty and damp. The big pool was terribly unmaintained and dirty, the children's pool didn't even work because it was even dirtier. there were broken tiles everywhere around the pools, the sunbeds were also broken. the price is not justified for what you get

Room view was fantastic. Spacious. Clean.
Pool wasn't working, it was a big disappointment

Surely one of the best infinity pool views not only in the Sozopol area. The pool itself is not big but is clean and there is a smaller kids' pool. I thought they would be too small but both kids and I enjoyed them. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. We had a studio that also had a spacious balcony with a great sea view and enough room for outdoor seating, a dryer, and for my three-year-old to run around. The studio is decently furnished with a double bed, a couch (both comfortable for sleeping on), a dining table with four chairs, and has a TV with satellite TV, good Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, a basic set of dishes/glasses/cutlery, and a bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, the restaurant is decent and has indoor and outdoor seating, plus a couple of more intimate outdoor tent/pavilion seating options. The food is very good - nothing amazing, but the options are decent. Within walking distance, you can find a great restaurant with a kids' playground and a shop. Overall the whole place was very quiet and great to relax in, and we would come back.
Looks like the place missed one or two renovation opportunities and the infrastructure is a little bit on the decline - some of the fittings/knobs in the bathrooms are a bit loose, the outside area has a few broken/lifted tiles and there are visible cracks in the base of the concrete fence around the area - none of it preventing function or limiting your stay in any way, but it's not aesthetic. Door keys were used instead of access cards, even though there seems to be an access card system in place. s Lights in the hallway did not always automatically turn on timely, which was a bit annoying when using a physical door key in the evenings. Cash-only payment, no cards. The small street leading up to the hotel was in a dismal state, in what seems to be a systemic problem that affects plenty of otherwise great Bulgarian hotels and complexes.

Great location, Fantastic sea view from main level and bedrooms, very clean and spacious, Good A/C and Wi-Fi. Near by restaurant 'Raiski Zaliv' (10min walk), excellent quality of food. Best beach is Kavacite/Smokinia, farc south end, clean and less crowded.
They asked to pay cash at check-out, no credit card accepted. It was a surprise.

A great location, super friendly staff, spacious studios, very clean and super calm. It's very easy to get to, has good parking and nice food at the restaurant. The pool was also very nice and was allowing for some great views towards the bay and the old Sozopol.
If you are a TV lover - the TVs in the studios are super old and small, albeit with a good choice of channels. The Wifi on the other hand was fast, stable and with good coverage all around the complex.

Very nice place. Very nice staff I will definitely come back.
