I love the location of the hotel! You're right in nature - next to the woods and the beach, but at the same time you have your comfort.
It was quiet (our room wasn't facing the pool). The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
The food is not luxurious, but it is quite good. I'm a vegetarian and always had at least a couple of options (not just fries and salad, but actual meals). Plenty of options for everybody else, especially for lunch and dinner. Not the best dessert, though.
The room is spacious.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
The beach is clean and has fine sand. The pool is good, has lots of sunbeds for everybody.
The bar is always open for drinks throughout the day and you can take anything to the beach and just relax. (Please clean after yourself)
Overall we had a great experience with the place. I'd really like to visit the hotel next year and stay longer.
Our bathroom didn't have ventilation. The mold is starting to spread between the tiles in the shower. This is my only complaint.
And some suggestions:
Add a drying rack on the balcony.
Let the restaurant open until 22:00. Come on guys, we're on vacation.
Improve the cocktail quality. I ordered a mojito and didn't dare to order any other cocktails after that. 😁 I'm willing to pay for a good cocktail or have just a couple of options, but let it be good.

We found that the hotel was located nicely away from the hustle and bustle of the main city and it was very quiet. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean throughout. It was not the typical all inclusive where you have the same food for lunch and dinner every day of the week. There was a nice variety and the menu was different for lunch and dinner, the food was well prepared and very tasty. There was a variety of snacks as well between main meals by the pool. The beach is just outside the hotel (less than 5min walk). The beach was also very clean. We liked that there was a good organisation for the evening entertainment with guest singers, movie night, dancers etc. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to, Nikolay Ivanov one of the barmen was very quick with the service. Throughout the day there is good entertainment especially for kids, occasionally there was beach volleyball, water polo etc.
There were only 2 things we did not like about our stay.
At the beach just outside the sun-beds for the hotel there were a lot if rocks in the water which made it impossible to go for a swim in the sea. We later discovered that if you walk along the beach there is an area with no rocks in the water which is the only place you can go in the sea without worrying you might break a leg.
The 2nd thing we did not like was the towel/sun-bed situation which is very much not resolved. There were guests that would reserve 8 sun-beds before 6am by the pool when the hotel is asking guests not to leave towels before 8:30am. There will be one person sitting around the 8 sun-beds from 6am until 8:30am (as after 8:30 the hotel staff will not remove any towels and bags left on the sun-beds even if for more then 5 hours these sun-beds are unused). The same guests that would “reserve” 8 sun-beds by the pool would then go to the beach and “reserve” 8 more sun-beds on the beach. Which means it is impossible to get a sun-bed by the pool and very difficult to get one at the beach.

The hotel lived up to the 3 stars it was given, however, it would not be classified as a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were relatively clean, having hotel cleaning staff clean and change our towels daily. The food was tasty.
The hotel's beach was quiet but the sea was full of rocks, not sand, and bathing there was a difficult task without risking injury. In order to reach a portion with sand, you would need to walk around at least 100 meters. The music was always very loud, especially at night. This made sleeping before 11 pm (the time it ended) impossible, especially if your room was facing the scene (like mine did). Another thing that caught me by surprise was that the hotel offers two All-inclusive options, one of them to be discovered at the arrival. The Booking offer contains "All-inclusive" services, but most of the guests staying had the "Ultra All-inclusive" offer, which had more services included. The Booking offer was giving you a yellow bracelet, however the Ultra All-inclusive was giving blue bracelets.

A quiet place, pretty far from the town, adjoining several apartment buildings for holiday purposes and part with a forest. There are no temptation for kids to spend your money. The resort has a private beach with sunbeds and parasols.
There are animators and shows mostly for kids every day from 8 pm to 10 pm.
I liked the idea that all inclusive mean Bulgarian alcohol and ultra all inclusive includes other products.
The last kilometer of road is very bad, even if it was poured asphalt. There are some parking spots in underground parking with parking fee, some free parking spots beside the road, but the most are on the ground between the resort and the forest.

Fresh and clean
The narrow road to the hotel can damage your car..

A splendid hotel, in an isolated place with a private beach and many facilities included (ideal for families with children). Nice people, good food, on the beach (with its own sector), without games, just relax and enjoying sea and sand.

Overcrowded, small pool

A lot:
- the staff was young, although not very experienced, very proactive and friendly
- it was a pleaseant surprise to learn the day of checkout was flexible, we were alowed to have lunch and spend some more time at the pool after the 12 o'clock room checkout
- the location was close to the beach and there were not many others in the area
- the garden and nature inside the hotel quarters was very well maintained and green
- there were some entertainment nights as well which were good enough
Minor little things could have been dealt with:
- some anti-slippery measures around the pool, once it got wet arpund the pool, it seemed dangerous and slippery
- a few more measures to keep the flies away from food places and mosquitos away from drinking areas
- a small upgrade for bathroom ventilation
- the road to get to the hotel from the main road would use an upgrade

I booked two double and two triple rooms on booking. at the reception we were asked to cancel the reservation from the booking, and instead we will receive ultra all inclusive. Because canceling the booking was not free, for fear, I did not agree, even if the staff kept insisting. Surprise! All because the hotel did not have the two triple rooms! In order not to ruin our vacation, we accepted two more double rooms, although a family came with two children, and the next day we will receive the two triple rooms. The next day, we also received the triple rooms, and the staff offered to provide us with another night of free accommodation, without us asking for it. We thought it was very nice and we accepted. Our friends started calling to take another day off, others canceled their appointments for various tasks and things like that. But for another day at the beach, I said it was worth it. We made other holiday plans, and on the last day of paid accommodation, SURPRISE !!! The lady at the reception informed us that unfortunately she can no longer offer us that free day as she promised! So unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect :)
We had a reservation last week but we cancelled as we went to Nessebar for 6 days.
On the way back home we decided to stay one night at Marina Blue Sands and was the perfect choice.
Everything there is like paradise....on one side of the hotel is the black sea and on the other side is the wild forest which make this hotel so special.
As soon as we got to the hotel the lady by the front desk, Iva ,she great us with a big smile and was answering to all our questions.
The staff by the food line was great. Many thanks to Petya, she treat our three year son so special.
The young bartender by the pool bar was awesome too.
We got a studio room of 40 square meters, with the sea view, what else can be better ?
The room was very clean, white bed sheets, white towels, white furniture, everything looks new.
The food was very good and very good cooked, the restaurant is clean and great service even if there are some rules due the covid19 and some tourists are not happy with that, but the most important think is to be safe and I did feel safe in this hotel.
The staff mentained the social distance and they were wearing mask.
There is a privatr beach with beach chairs and umbrelas and is no charge for that.
Also, Mr. Miroslav was very helpful and professional.
Our stay at Marina Blue Sands was one of the best experience and we decided to come back in August this time for longer stay.
Many thanks to all of you and for all your hard work to make a memorable experience in this little bulgarian paradise.
See you soon :)))
Everything perfect
