For a short stay I would definitely return here. There is secure parking to the rear, the breakfast is fresh and has goo

The hotel is in possibly the best location in La Ciotat. I met 5 staff members - all of them were lovely, helpful and accommodating.

The facilities are fairly basic. No, gym, no elevator.

Good location, secure parking, comfortable beds, restaurant available and good European breakfast.

Good location with private parking and hotel located near the old town and close to the beach. Comfortable and clean room and very friendly staff. Bon emplacement près de la vieille ville et à proximité de la plage. Chambre confortable et propre et personnel très sympathique.

Shower soap provided was not a pleasant perfume. Le savon de douche fourni n'était pas un parfum agréable.

Confortable et agréable.

Très agréable chambre avec vue sur mer. Tout était impeccable. Petit-déjeuner tout à fait convenable pour cette catégorie. En fait cet hôtel 2 étoiles n’est pas loin du 3 étoiles. Pas d’ascenseur mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés et les propriétaires préviennent à l’avance.

Bel emplacement

Emplacement offrant une très belle vue sur la mer côté route. Grand parking facilement accessible avec un code. Accueil agréable. Buffet de petit-déjeuner proposant des produits très frais et avec un rapport qualité prix correct. Rénovation très réussie de la salle de bain avec un joli choix des couleurs et matériaux. Grande fenêtre. Chauffage efficace. Chambre côté parking très calme.

Le carrelage de la chambre est peu esthétique mais tellement plus hygiénique qu'une moquette...

Brilliant location, very clean and quiet hotel

Owner woman- not helpful, never smile,not polite, you might feel like your disturbing her being in her hotel . The rest of family( helping with the business) afraid to be nice if she was around, really weird people...

Lovely friendly staff and great that it had free parking. Great continental breakfast and in a superb location moments from the lovely beach. Spotlessly clean hotel.

Great stay

Close to the beach and free parking, excellent staff. Good internet, didn't need to have a full breakfast, could just get coffee.

Liked everything, but coffee with kettle in the room would be a star point.

Incredible value for money

Location right in front of the beach. Large free parking with trees and lots of shadow. Very clean rooms and facilities. Great Italian shower. Breakfast is basic (no hot dishes) but with enough options (cereal, bread, cheese, cold ham, yogurt, juice, fruits, pastries...), and having it on the terrace was delightful. Finally, the staff is nice and willing to help; e.g. they let us keep the car in the parking after checking out so that we could enjoy the day at the beach before traveling back.

The curtain in the bathroom window is too transparent. The doors of the rooms do make quite a lot of noise when closing them.

overpriced and rude owners

booked a garden view room - was put in room 40 top floor overlooking a carpark. WiFi not set up. was referred to as 'English man' at breakfast by the owner. Price was hugely inflated for a 2 star hotel. i do not usually make comments on hotels ( i travel every week all over Europe and beyond) but had to make a comment about this particular hotel.

The people were super friendly, the hotel has a perfect location, and the free parking is such a bonus.

Delightful family run establishment.

The staff are so friendly and helpful they made our stay that much better. The rooms have been recently tastefully renovated and are very comfortable. We loved the location on the beach with lots of dining options nearby. The free, secure parking is so welcome.

Disgraceful treatment by horrible ‘Motel’ manager

Not a hotel, a restaurant with rooms above it - a motel. Room was dated, looked like it hadn’t been decorated in 20 years. No AC in a room that was 25 degrees. internet did not work. Beds were like kids’ beds they were so small. We left after one night. them They refused to refund any money. then the messages I received from the manager were disgraceful. He was rude, flippant and has no business working in the hospitality industry. absolutely awful treatment. stay at Best Western, it’s in a better location, is modern and comfortable and is actually less expensive.
