The location is absolutely amazing.
A must-see.
We had a room with a private terrace and with sea view. Calanque is 75m down the steps from your room. The staff is super friendly and very french, with everything that incompases. The restaurant is brilliant, a bit pricy, but the convenience of living upstairs makes up for that.
Bar right outside the room, It can get loud.. but it gives the place ambience, which was nice. They close at 22.00. We did not mind.
The staff are fresh and engaged, polite and friendly.
Helpful, we had forgotten to buy vinegar for our salad. My fiancé rushed down to the restaurant to ask for some, and they're reply was what type, and what it was for ? Because you can't make a provencal salad with balsamico, it just won't work.
This place is very French. ❤️
It's a crowded location. It wouldn't have been the same if we didn't have our private terrace for some privacy. We were very happy that the room came with its own entrance and terrace. The Calanque is very crowded. It isn't private in any way.
Lack of private parking for guests, the parking at the top of the stairway that makes you feel young again, isn't free. But the parking ferry probably thought it was too hot to work for the 6 days we were there.
The residential street, close to those youth stairs, has free parking if you are lucky to get one before Jean Pierre.
None of the above disappointed me, which made me regret going there. It was one of the best holidays, and I will never forget about this place. Or those stairs.

The location was good except the beach was a bit disappointing. Not clean and very crowded. Not what I was expecting.
The air-conditioning did not work one evening and the staff did not know what to do as the manager was away.
they did provide fans which was great.

Great Location, beautiful and private garden. Delicious breakfast.
The apartments were once designed nicely but it seems like they don’t take care of it. Equipment and furniture were clearly used off and no brooms, vacuum or dish cleaner in the apartment. The towel service did not work although a card in the bathroom indicated that we should throw the towels in the floor when we want them to be changed. Even after explicitly asking if they can change them, we were told that they don’t have new ones and therefore can’t change.
And last but not least: the location claims to be sustainable but in fact the whole natural area was brightly enlightened the whole night. We found that critical because of all the wild life and running light 24/7.

Staff is absolutely lovely, very helpful and kind. The place itself is beautifully situated.
The apartment is runned down. Mold almost everywhere. Humidity/mold smell when laying on bed.

The "Chateau" room is very cosy and offer an incredible view into the callanque.
The employees were very nice and helpfull.
We have been informed at our arrival, that the water pressure sometimes low is.
TRanslation: Several hours per day yon can not use the shower.
The room is quite expensive but very enjoyable. (extra points for the outdoor bathtub)

The staff, the atmosphere and ambience, the tranquility and the easy access to the beach and the restaurant upstairs
There was kind of a strange smell on the balcony and garden area of the property...
