The location and the comfort of the hotel
The different lifts we have to take from lobby to the room
the restaurant location in the basement. Why isn't it where the breakfast is?

Breakfast was lovely!

Le personnel par sa gentillesse et disponibilité
Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant
La chambre. On s’aperçoit immédiatement que c’est de la transformation d’un bâtiment d’appartements en hôtel.

Good location and facilities. Pool excellent temperature. Helpful staff. Lovely view from our suite. Generous breakfast
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I expected better and could put me off staying again. A mattress topper could solve that problem. Also the hairdryer in the bathroom barely worked!

We loved the new restaurant Ciel where breakfast is served. The view to the the mountains completely covered in white snow is amazing!
We loved the afternoon where you can get your crepes and delicious cookies with a hot chocolate!
And a bonus for us as a family is to have the possibility to leave the kids to play a little while in the Kids Club area where the hostess is really sweet and has fun activities for the children.
we don´t have any complains, honestly. Maybe just the last day of breakfast they ran out of Pain au chocolat. But other than that, everything was beyond good!

Reception has a lack of warm, personalized welcome, especially for guests who have already stayed several times.
Extremely late check-in (official policy is 4PM, unseen in any other luxury hotel). We emailed and phoned several times to ask a room at +- noon for our baby's naptime. We arrived at 12h30, room was not ready, and reception advised us to have lunch at their restaurant. When coming back at 1.20PM, we still needed to wait until 2H to enter the room. Knowing that we're "good clients" and stayed several times in the past + we contacted the hotel upfront for this request, we would expect that they would make it happen. Especially for the money you pay.
We booked the prestige room 40m2, however it felt small as the room was actually a duplex. The pictures do not show this on Booking.com, so watch out. As it's a duplex, I would not advise when travelling with small kids (although it does have a baby gate for security). There's also no couch in the living room, but merely 2 chairs, so no opportunity to get confy with the family in a sofa and have the "at home" feeling. We stayed before at this hotel and the other rooms (although smaller in surface + cheaper) were much nicer!
Lastly, we forgot our snow sled last year at the hotel, but they promised us they would keep it until this season. I asked 3 times (email, phone and live at the reception) to retrieve it, but nobody ever got back to me, meaning they probably lost it.
The disappointing check-in experience and the lack of a personalized welcome shed a negative vibe on our full experience at the hotel. I am especially disappointing because we actually loved the hotel before, and wanted to come again a few times this winter, but now we'll reconsider and look elsewhere. I think the hotel got way too popular and they just don't care anymore about each guest, because there are 10 new, other guests waiting in line.

The breakfast was good quality but limited choice. I was completely surprised that there were no omelettes or any vegetables (only if you ask)
The rooms are great, however you can feel that the hotel needs renovation, especially bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel to stay at, would have been better if there was snow. Nonetheless, the view is beautiful and we get to see the sunrise every morning.
Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and tried their best to help us make reservations, give us recommendations and made sure that our stay was comfortable.
The heater was not very warm but it was comfy enough for us. The room is clean and cosy.
