Nice hotel in the feet of the Alps

This is a nice hotel for a day, or maybe a few day stay. Nice staff, delicious breakfast and clean rooms!

Cute, authentic hotel with brilliant owners and staff.

The hotel itself was simple with some very quaint traditional styling, which added to the charm of the place. The location was fantastic, short walks to ski gondola made for quick turn-around between breakfast and the mountain.

Beds were harder than I normally like but after a big day snowboarding, they were fine.

We had the most lovely stay at Alp'Hôtel - a very simple hotel but with such thoughtful touches. The proprietor and his wife are so friendly, both helping to prepare the simple yet tasty breakfast (bread, jam, croissant and fruit) and cook the evening meal - he does the main and she does the dessert. We sampled the evening meal one evening and it was delicious - my fiancée doesn't eat fish and he was very happy to cook something different for her, without any trouble. On our last day we had to leave extremely early and the staff even went to the effort of making us a breakfast tray the evening before. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are happy with simplicity and would like a stress free holiday - they have absolutely everything you need and are the most friendly owners. Thank you! Excellent for what I needed.

This family run hotel is a gem very close to the Rochbrune Cable Car. I live nearby and wanted to have a staycation in order to meet friends for skiing. The Alp Hotel served its purpose. I received a warm welcome from the owners and the staff. I enjoyed dinner in the hotel and breakfast the next morning. Everyone was very helpful when I lost my mobile and then found it in my car! Thank you for my brief stay.

A comfortable, friendly, helpful place to stay.

Very friendly, helpful proprietor. Good location between Rochebrune lift and town centre. Parking for car and secure place to store our bicycles. Continental breakfast is simple but fresh and good quality. Being able to book dinner was a great option after a day’s walking.

We stayed during very hot, summer weather so (although it is not a very busy road) experienced road noise with the windows open.

Such a great hotel, great location. We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic location for a few days skiing. Great value for money. The rooms were lovely and cute. The breakfast was lovely consisting of croissants and fresh bread. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Only a few minutes walk to the main square.

There wasn’t anything not to like it was lovely.

Exceeded all our expectations - location, service & family feel hotel.

The lovely hosts were very helpful and the hotel had a family feel to it. Every morning fresh croissants with homemade jam was served together with juice and fantastic coffee. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are coming to ski. Definitely a value for money little gem worth a visit.

Friendly, cozy and affordable hotel in the center of Megeve

Good location in the center of Megeve. Owners were very nice. Hotel is very pretty.

Exceptional

Very clean family-run hotel, friendly staff, helpful chef happy to adjust the menu for vegetarian diet. Room is just big enough for two people but if you travel with a group you can use the hotel lobby as a game or lounge room. Very good location on walking distance to slopes, ski lifts and town center.

Nothing to dislike as long as you are aware of staying in a vintage hotel with old furniture and old but fully functional facilities. Expect a small but cosy room and bathroom.

lovely stay and i look forward to return.

the room was super clean and all functional, the staff exceptionally friendly, breakfast very friendly and super good croissants and baguette and more, location is top, parking just outside not a problem. Super value for the money and i recommend this place to any of my friends.
