War o.k.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, Die MA waren sehr freundlich.

Leider war die Toilettenspülung defekt und hatte ständig lauf Geräusche. Vor dem Hotel war ein Baustelle,

Location It was clean Reception staff were friendly and helpful

No key cards for the rooms, the reception staff had to keep escorting you to your room No bar staff, reception staff also had to operate the bar

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Großes Boxspringbett, großes Bad, großer Fernseher und kostenlose Minibar. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man erreicht fußläufig in 20 Minuten den Dom und in 40 Minuten schafft man es zum Rhein. Gute Restaurants findet man ebenfalls nach 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Positiv auch, die guten Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel.

Noens pengemaskin?

Frokosten var bra. Beliggenheten grei nok hvis noen hadde fortalt meg at om du gikk rett frem, kom du til sentrum. Vi gikk til katedralen og det ble en lang walk i varmen. Opplevelsen av freshness og renslighet Rommet var fantastisk. Luftig og rent.

Kontakten med hotellet. Ingen å snakke med før på ettermiddagen.

Betten Hart wie Stein. Keine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Lüfter in den Zimmern, es war viel zu heiß und stickig

Too far from the center of town. The walk even in the day was very desolate so at night it was not conducive to walk home or visa versa. No door staff until 2 pm so no chance of early check in or even talk to

Schönes Hotel mit mäßigem Service

Schön gelegen mitten in einem Park

Dusche schmutzig in den Ecken, die Rezeptionistin konnte uns trotz mehrfacher Bitte keine Rechnung erstellen, kein Personal am Sonntag bei der Abreise.

Das Zimmer ist ok. Die Ruhe. Und ich habe morgens vorzeitig einen Cappuccino gratis bekommen. Aus dem Haus kann noch was werden.

Das Haus ist telefonisch tagsüber kaum oder gar nicht zu erreichen. Anscheinend personell vollkommen unterbesetzt. Auch morgens niemand an der Rezeption. Und die Betten sind viel zu hart. Ich brauche normalerweise keine weichen, aber auf diesen konnte ich nicht gut schlafen.

Excellent hotel, met all our expectations.

Location was good, short walk to center of old town. Free parking on site was very convenient. staff was friendly and efficient.Breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again if we returned to Worms.

They have 2 spots for Electrical Cars to charge.

It was a really hot day and the hotel does not seem to have airco on the rooms, this was uncomfortable. I guess on most normal days it would be no issue and it would also not stop me from going to the same hotel again.

TYPICAL AND COMFORTABLE

We have junior suite, very spacious comfortable and with good view. The location was particular and beautiful: typical german palace. Very good breakfast in a nice room. The room was very ventilated.

WIFI had some difficulties in the room.

The large room and 5he comfortable bed Very friendly staff. Complementary water, but no cookies as in description. . Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The decor of the rooms is very outdated but in good condition. The room info said there where bathrobes and toiletries, none of them in the room. One bottle of Bodylotion and liquid soap in the shower. Not really 4 *!

Great hotel, need I say more?!

Really lovely hotel. Was staying 4 night, so comfort important. Room cleaned to a high standard regularly. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast really good and plentiful. What more can I say.

Only slight inconvenience was that the bar was not open weekends in the evening otherwise, great.

The hotel was nice but we wanted somewhere with a comfortable communal area for us all to chill.

Breakfast was good, room a little tired and WiFi poor in the bedrooms but Good in the hotel reception

Overpriced for what it is

A somewhat interesting building. Good breakfast.

Horribly outdated. Easily the worst feeling 4 star hotel I have been in. Awful internet connection, mobile internet worked incomparably better.

Doesn’t feel like a four star hotel

The hotel seams to have only two stars. Probably got the four star qualification years ago and has never been renovated or updated in style and design. Late check out was not possible and the breakfast was pretty standard. We expected at least a great and delicious beakfast. Unfortunately not a hood value for money.

A piece of beauty in Worms

The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff is very friendly and speak fkuent English, something rather rare in this area. The breakfast is huge and even the coffee is excellent We had a very big room that was very well accessorized with a lot of electric outlets It was just perfect

Even if you work very hard you will find nothing to dislike in this hotel

Very old furniture, the floor cracks when you walk! Not so clean. Staff not friendly! Dont go!

Location might be convenient for some since it is 500m away from the railway.

Very little variety of food for breakfast! Rooms are so old that when you walk on the floor, it makes noise .. very old furniture- not comfortable at all. Staff not very welcoming. Also not clean! Probably the worst hotel I have ever visited.
