Gute Preis Leistung

The price was very good. The free parking for motorcycle was very nice. The location was perfect for a quick stay before continuing to Switzerland.
The lady who worked night shift was not very helpful, as our motorcycle did not trigger the gate for the parking.

Great value for money and great connection to the S-Bahn to take you to the main locations. We stayed for a concert and it only took 1/2hr to get to the Heinz von Heiden arena which was great. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Nothing to mention

The quiet location was great!
The staff at check in very friendly and helpfull.
Check out staff also friendly!
Loved having a kettle in the room (seemingly something Europe is not big on 😄)
It can do with an upgrade, but still a classic

Comfortable bed, nothing else to like.
Really dirty, lacked hygiene. The shower door was a rusty needle, the shower head could barely push down some water, everything looked improvised and out of an Eastern European movie. The street and neighbourhood was really loud with people screaming, cars revving their engine next to the hotel. Really unfriendly staff, she looked at me like she'd want me out of there the night we settled. The bathroom gel was half empty, Towells smelled funny. All in all, for £50 a night we took a 4 star in Berlin that is 10 times better in every aspect.

There were no sockets next to the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable as I couldn't use my apnea machine, phones had to charge away from the bed, and one of the lights over the bed didn't work, but these issues did not severely impact our recommendation of the hotel.

the staff are so sweet and the hotel is so clean and nice. the tram stop is literally 2 minutes walk. The grocery stores are like 10 minutes walk. dominos round the corner.
it was really really hot at night and our ceiling fan was extremely slow or broken.
4.5
The staff was extremely friendly, and would help in anyway possible
The bar is closed and that is what actually sold me on the place but other than that that’s it
5.0
good location, very helpful friendly staff comfortable room no complaints at all
3.0
Friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast menu
Dated fit out: only 2 power sockets in the entire room and none near the night stand, constructions left overs stored in lobby (carpet), room doors without acoustic properties (arriving guests kept me awake all night), sink almost broken off…
4.0
Good location, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast.
No charging ports or outlets by the beds, very uncomfortable pillows, set-up on the TV unavailable.
2.0
Super overpriced for very low level service and quality.

Bed was comfortable
During the checkout the reception boy was very rude , at the point of returning the key he was asking for 10euro, we made a query for a quite room before check in ,but the hotel responded for extra cost which we didn't respond nor did we confirmed , but receptionist insisted we pay extra money for the query, overnight when we checked-in the concierge people told us you'd paid for the room here is key , enjoy your stay. But surprisingly in the morning we've been asked to pay 10Euro, most importantly the boy at the reception was loud and very rude , people from the breakfast table overlooking us, which was the reason we had to stand to our ground otherwise we would have paid and walked off never to retun to this hotel. Apparently they have 2500 hotels worldwide and I wonder how they treat all of their guests . We have stayed in this hotel few times and made multiple queries in the past never we have asked for extra payments because we made a query. This goes to show one staff can destroy reputation for a good serviced hotel.
