Enjoyed my stay

Friendly staff and helpful. Garage parking is very good under hotel. Modern room with a coffee machine and mini bar. Clean and comfy. Very good breakfast with a large variety. With regard the location is not that central but very quiet area was a blessing to me. Could reach the central area by bus or by walk, depending your desire and preference. Highly recommend it

Mooi hotel in een leuk gedeelte van de stad. Op loopafstand van het strand. Bus naar het centrum dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel en top ontbijt en restaurant erg goed!

Una estancia excelente, personal muy atento y educado, buena ubicación y las habitaciones amplias y limpias, además tienes cafetera para hacerte café si te apetece como gentileza, infusiones, agua y cubiertos individuales.

Por el precio que tiene el hotel, creo que deberían ofrecer el parking gratuito.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Great location - in a suburb within walking distance of a lovely beach. Some local restaurants close by. We chose to eat in the hotel as we had our pet dog with us. Dogs are allowed in the bar and also can be left in the room if you eat breakfast or dinner in the restaurant . A dog bed and bowls were provided in the room. We thought the charges for food and drink very reasonable although the charge for breakfast was quite steep. Food in the bar and restaurant very tasty. Friendly reception and waiting staff. Comfortable room.

Comodo, conectado y recomendable.

Habitación amplias con camas king size. Baño amplio con grifos termostaticos. La insonorización es perfecta, ningún ruido de trafico ni similares. Limpieza excelente. Bar del hotel muy bien. Desayuno al estilo NH, muy variado y de calidad. El garage amplio. Los locales de alrededor estupendos. Fácil conexión con el centro de San Sebastian y Gros. Ondarreta a tiro de piedra. Repetiria.

El desayuno a 19€ nos parece algo elevado. Tras la primera noche nos cambiaron de habitación, de la primera a la tercera planta, en prevision a un "evento" en la entreplanta que podría molestarnos. El cambio nos incomodo (mínimamente) pero nos quedamos con la prevision del equipo de recepción dado que viajamos con una niña de 3 años. Aun así, no sentimos ni un solo ruido.

Wonderful location

The hotel is located in a very pleasant part of town. 5 minutes walk from nice cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach and 30 minutes walk from the wonderful but hectic old town.

The room was great in all respects except the sound insulation was very poor to the extent we could hear the television in the adjoining rooms. In our room this was a major issue.

Lack of hospitality, no one knows how to treat guest, nor reception nor housekeeping

Location is one and only positive aspect of the stay.

Check-in is a time when a travelers foot is about to cross finish line. Why on earth check-in team is complicating the process: booked 2 double rooms for 2, somehow booking passed info to the hotel that in each double room there will be one guest. My rate included complementary breakfast. Okay, the staff saw that 2 breakfast are included and mentioned that I need to pay 2 extra breakfast. After 5 minute long discussion of “let me show what you booked/ let me print and you seee your reservation/ it will be necessary to pay more”, ended up with “there will be 4 breakfast included in initial paid price with no extra”. This line is what a traveler wants to be on a point of arriving to the hotel - all issues solved quickly with no unnecessary wording and discussions. Housekeeping department- do you work ? Please, it is a disrespect to have dirty toilets in the lobby and it is an absolute disgusting thing that there are no clean glasses next to welcome water, which is surrounded by dirty glasses.
