Il personale del , molto gentili. La posizione vicino alla clinica dove dovevo effettuare un intervento.

Personale molto maleducato di fronte a un inconveniente. Il bagno della stanza sopra era rotto per cui abbiamo trovato il nostro bagno allagato e con una perdita continua di acqua dal soffitto. La prima notte è trascorsa così, non avevano disponibilità di un’altra stanza, per cui ho usato il bagno con la pozza sul pavimento e con l’acqua che colava dal soffitto. Il giorno dopo quando rientriamo nella stanza troviamo la perdita aggiustata ma la stanza e il bagno completamente sporchi con le impronte degli operai in doccia. A questo punto abbiamo richiesto un’altra stanza e ci hanno finalmente accontentato. Alla mia domanda se visto il disguido ci sarebbe stato una riduzione dei costi la risposta è stata”se non vi va bene potete andarvene e cambiare hotel”. Non mi sembra assolutamente una risposta adeguata. Viaggiavo per motivi di salute, avevo un intervento il giorno dopo e non potevo assolutamente occuparmi di cercare un nuovo hotel, ma non tornerò mai più. Avevo bisogno di un bagno pulito il giorno prima dell’intervento e mi son trovata in un bagno in cui pioveva dentro ma sopratutto dovevo stare tranquilla e così non è stato. Purtroppo per la perdita ho solo un video e non mi permette di caricarlo.

Alla reception molto poco affabili. Tutti freddini..

La colazione veramente varia a dispetto della cena e la doccia molto grande.

In bagno neanche una ventola o finestrina per areare, letti non comodi e cuscini troppo morbidi. Quando siamo arrivati prima di salire in camera, ci hanno fatto saldare tutto il soggiorno. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione per 9 notti. Una volta saliti non era la camera che avevo prenotato e me la sono fatta cambiare. Soltanto la receptionist italiana era gentile, il resto sembrava che ti facesse un favore. Ho chiesto un phon per i capelli ed hanno voluto 20 euro di caparra per averlo (poi resa).Abbiamo mangiato per 10 giorni quasi lo stesso menù con poca scelta. Le cameriere al ristorante le uniche persone gentili e Olga alla colazione. Pulizia non eccelsa. Va bene per una vacanza breve.

Excellent

Very cute and quiet hotel. Delicious dinner and breakfast. The food has a very high quality, fresh orange juice, jam in the glass jars... There is parking in the garage (19 euro). I really recommend this hotel if you want to visit Barcelona.

I enjoyed my stay just because of the amazing staff and the super friendly atmosphere they make.

The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures and fully matched what you paid for.

No era el tipo de habitación solicitada, además cuando pedí explicaciones me dijeron que estaban completos. Reclamé a Booking y hasta ahora no tengo respuesta, el baño estaba muy viejo y había moho.

Buena ubicación, limpieza mejorable, habitación por renovar. Caro para el servicio ofrecido.

La ubicación es buena. Cerca del metro, con servicios próximos y barrio tranquilo.

Al llegar la habitación no estaba del todo limpia: había suciedad debajo de la mesilla y debajo de la cama principal. Por otro lado, necesita algo de renovación: paredes manchadas, puertas con desperfectos, encimera de la cocina descolgada, cajones y puertas de la cocina vencidos. La atención al cliente es mejorable.

В целом достойный апарт-отель с мини-кухней и холодильником в номере. Рекомендую.

Расположение отеля отличное. Рядом крупные торговые центры, магазинчики и кафе. Рядом станция метро и автобусные остановки ул.Диагональ. Пешком 2,5 км до площади Испании.

Если разнообразят меню включённого завтрака - будет супер, т.к. на 4-5 день хочется разнообразия меню.

Located close to the metro station. Excellent breakfast. Diversified! Good coffee!

Very poor soundproofing. You could hear the door to the next room creaking and all the sounds in the next bathroom. A group of young people stayed in the next room and partied until morning. It was very noisy. The door between the rooms was also not soundproof, it was like a closet door.

Bed was super comfy, location was great.

Cost of laundry service was way too high. Sharp knife and cutting board would be handy in the kitchen.

Nice room,modern kitchen and bathroom. All that we needed for our stay. Close to Metro station and bus stops(10 min walk) underground parking next to the hotel for a fee. Friendly helpful staff.

If you are going to visit Camp Nou (game) the location is very good. If you wish to feel the vibe of the city, from my experience there are better places (areas) to stay in Barcelona.

Area was nice, but knowing the Barcelona a little disappointing. Nothing special, nothing extraordinary.

miserable WiFi. How is it possible nowadays to miss this essential client service? I had to use my phone to be able to work. Unacceptable.

Exceptional

Location amazing, Les Corts metro 3 mins walk away and 7 min walk from Camp Nou. The staff were so kind, warm and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I thought everything was great. I was travelling with my 2 children and the staff were so helpful and kind? They really took care of us.
