Near the beach

Location and breakfast excellent, near the beach and bus stops, quiet location.

Pool wasn't heated, too many signs in the room, lack of coffee tea in the room, or any extra toiletries We have to change room at midnight because we were unable to switch off the lights. Housekeeping is not up to the 4 stars standards, I wouldn't say it is a 4* more like a 3.5

Overall nice stay

The location is good, staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to check out later since our flight was in the evening.

Public parking is limited, still preferred over the expensive parking of the hotel. The breakfast also seemed overpriced, as there were many options in the area that were comparable if not less expensive in price and better quality. Room was a good size, but bathroom felt quite compact.

Felt like the hotel listened to all our needs and was eager to make it a great stay.

Tolles kleines Hotel in det Nähe von Palma.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der äußere Eindruck täuscht total. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Sehr zu empfehlen, da teilweise die Zimmer auch zur Straße schauen. Es gibt hier absolut nichts zu meckern. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen ist hervorragend. Der Bus Nr. 4 bringt einen direkt zu den Ramblas. Besser geht’s nicht. Wer zum Balneario in Illetas will, kommt von hier komfortabel hin.

Der allgemeine Lärm in der Woche ist gut zu hören. Ob Bauarbeiten, die große Hauptstr. in der Nähe oder Restaurantgäste, die sich feiern… Mit offenem Fenster ist das schon laut. Tür zu und alles ist wieder gut. Man muss dann nur die Klimaanlage vertragen.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel

Die Sauberkeit,das leckere Frühstück,der Blick aufs Meer.

Die eingeschränkten Poolzeiten( leider erst ab 11h bis 19h) und die Bar nur bis 18h.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area close to the sea and if you want to reach the city center, the bus stop is 2 minutes away. From the moment you enter you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere were the staff is kind and accommodating. On the cleanliness side I have nothing to complain about, everything was flawless. As for the breakfast, it is varied and covers a wide range of demands.

Bra hotell men dyrt

Rent och snyggt. God frukost. Läget som är avskilt från party och oljud. Sköna sängar!

Personalen i receptionen. Checkade in kl.15. Då blev det klart att jag skulle lämna hotellet innan frukostserveringen skulle starta kommande morgon. Önskade få frukosten med i påse. Det gick inte för det skulle jag meddelat kl.13. Kunde inte ta bort frukosten från min faktura. Ville sen addera det på min sambo som kom sista morgonen. Det gick inte utan behövde ändå betala för hans frukost. Alltså det var inte särskilt kundvänligt! Det ska bara lösas. Så 13 Euro åt skogen…

Hotel bardzo przyjazny, czysty. Lokalizacja z daleka od centrum co chroniło od hasłu

Niestety największym minusem było brak wliczenia parkingu do kosztów noclegu. Zaznaczyłam w opcjach udogodnienia, w tym m.in. Parking. Nigdy mi się nie zdążyło znaleźć hotelu z danym udogodnieniem, za które musiałam zapłacić przy check out. Uważam, że powinno być to dużym drukiem napisane, że parking jest płatny aż 15€ za dobę . Mimo wielu dobrych wrażeń, nie skorzystam więcej z tego miejsca

Hotel Cerca de la playa

Viajamos por turismo, y esta vez buscábamos algo a muy buen precio. Fuimos fuera de temporada. El hotel esta bien comunicado, 10 min del centro de Mallorca. El hotel y el servicio perfecto. La única dificultad encontrar aparcamiento. Cerquisima del Museo Miro y de varias playas, en temporada supongo que estará todo abierto y sera muy buena ubicación turística. Cerca hay un restaurante de marisco muy recomendable, nos lo dijo el personal del hotel y fue un acierto.

A Hotel of Great Quality and Ambience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and of high quality. A lovely pool. Opportunity to buy drinks and/or lunch at the hotel poolside. Nice room with balcony and super views. Room tidied every day with fresh towels if needed. Location good. A regular number 4 bus into the centre of Palma. There were tea and coffee facilities in the lounge, although unfortunately we didn’t notice this until leaving on our last day! There is a hotel or apartments being built next door but this really didn’t disturb us. During our stay, they worked sociable hours and any noise was at a minimum and very intermittent. The hotel is in a relatively busy area, so we didn’t find there was any noise from this development that much exceeded what would be normal for such a location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We just wish we had spotted the free tea and coffee before we left! Perhaps it could have been highlighted to us on our arrival or a sign put up.

Amazing stay in a small but luxurious hotel in a quite place

I was nor expecting they would give us a double bed and the best so it was a very pleasant surprise! The bed was fantastic and we spend a good time at the swimming pool. We had an amazing breakfast too.

The pool could have been bigger when it was crowded.

The staff were lovely and the food at breakfast and the bar by the pool was great.

A restaurant would have been great considering the price being paid per night for the room. Perhaps some live entertainment too would be nice.

The shower head holder was broken, spoke to reception about it and they said someone would fix it but didn’t happen.

expensive, did the job for 3 people.

the location was great by the bus stop. the room was for 3, plenty of room for us with a balcony. the front desk was really helpful with our bags and helping with fresh water.

the room had very little amenities. it was quite expensive for a what we got.
