für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung

einfaches Hotel, gute Lage zum Flughafen, am Abend geöffneter. Bar mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Möglichkeit für Abendessen, für eine Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug sehr gut geeignet, Einkaufszentrum / Outlet um die Ecke

Good location, clean and quiet with nice staff.

Location was good, handy to train into Edinburgh or Glasgow and to drive from.

The sign into the place isn't very clear.

Friendly staff and comfy accomodation

Girls on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was great value for money, spacious, comfy and quiet. Perfect stay before a flight.

Outside looks dated but don’t let this fool you as the rooms are nice.

Passable

The location is excellent. The hotel is located very close to Asda and two big shopping centers. It is a convenient place for traveling. It is also a quiet hotel at which we can enjoy the feeling of the countryside, so both things benefit us.

The shower head of my room is fixed not a moving one. When we booked this room at the time, we saw them in photos offered by the web site, we found it they are the moving one so we do not prepare we need to handle the problem. Some of my family members prefer the moving shower head and difficult to use a fixed one. We were quite unhappy for the three days we lived in the hotel. We asked to change our room, but due to being fully booked, we cannot have a change.

Dates but clean, drinks are very expensive as isnthe food. Staff excellent.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean.

When I pulled into car park, it was very noticable that they are homing a lot of refugee families. Got out the car and about 9 men standing smoking staring.

Very good breakfast,close to outlet shops and a huge supermarket ,room with view .

Hotel was far from edinburgh and we had to get a taxi and a train to get there.buses to edinburgh .

Wonderful staff and amenities! I held my engagement party here and cannot thank the staff more. They were wonderful and very accommodating for the family and friends who stayed at the hotel?

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Good location for where we needed to travel. Good facilities close by due to the shopping centres. All the staff we spoke to where friendly and helpful. The hotel although dated is clean. The bedroom was clean with a good size comfortable bed.

The hotel is dated and tired looking, the main areas have seats with holes in and the hallway carpets need replacing. The bedrooms also need modernising.

Disappointing

Food well cooked, staff friendly and helpful, particularly when I droppd a drink.

The bulding is dated and needs fixing up. Floors very creaky. Menu was limited, but well cooked. Sadly, no draught drinks at he bar.

This hotel is not safe. Someone broke to my room while I was absent. Fortunatelly, nothing important was missing because I did not leave anything valuable but when I got back to my room all the lights and TV were on and some not valuable items dissapeared.

Your staff are very helpful

I don’t understand that I pay £85 and was not told you was housing people. Bags hanging out of windows children playing in the hall ways. This should be stated on booking.

To have a mixer shower in a hotel in this day and age is ridiculous, I nearly froze to death trying to get the right temperature 🤷‍♂️
