Great experience and would highly recommend

Great location to stay and gain very easy access to Edinburgh by train from Livingston North Railway station, which is only a 10 minute walk away. The flat is very clean and has everything you could need including a very large screen TV and full kitchen facilities.

The toilet cistern takes a good while to refill which is a pain if you use the toilet after someone.. Also an easy fix for the owner/plumber... Altho this wouldn't stop me going back

Great little studio that’s perfect for our short visits to my Scottish relatives.

Great location for what we need. Dedicated parking space and quick access to M8. Everything you need has been thought of and provided by the owners. Emma is so flexible and promptly responds to any questions.

Nothing at all that’s within the control of the landlord.

Well equipped clean studio in Quiet neighbourhood. Near train station with trains to city centre Edinburgh (20 min). Behind the train station there is a supermarket .

Bar stools were uncomfortable.

Great value for money.

The location was ideal, short walk to Livingston North train station where there are regular trains to Edinburgh which was ideal for us to get to our show. Wine and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch.

I appreciated not having to worry about the little things, allowing me to focus on enjoying my stay. The convenience and ease of access were also commendable. The location was ideal, and getting to nearby attractions was a breeze. Despite its central location, the apartment managed to offer a tranquil retreat, providing a peaceful night's sleep. I must give special credit for the thoughtful touch of a welcome wine. It added a personal and warm touch to the already welcoming ambiance. Fabulous flat

The flat was fabulous!! Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is in a very quiet area. The decor was fantastic and everything worked. I loved the colors, carpets, Alexa and touch lamp. Actually, we loved everything!! Thank you!!!

Nothing, it was perfect and I would recommend a stay there anyday.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment.

One of the most beautiful and well equipped small apartments I’ve ever stayed. Many details that made our staying better. Quiet neighborhood and close to supermarket and shopping center.

The only thing I would mention is that the bed is a little bit narrow for two persons.

A nice wee place for the weekend but no more than 2 nights due to the coldness of the property and bath/shower.

Quiet area, and the owners were on hand to answer questions and the decor was quite modern too.

The shower was not the best. It isn’t powerful and kept going hot then cold, the property doesn’t really heat up with the radiators that are in the property so it was quite cold.

Flat had everything one needs, bright, clean and a good feel. Top value for money and highly recommend. Will be back no doubt. Bottle of wine was waiting which was a really, really, nice touch!!

The bed was a a little soft for me, but that's just me, not a complaint at all. The shower temperarure was a little tricky, just be careful if put on hot.

To be honest, I can't think of much to write here. It was perfect! The accommodation was just super good and everything was easy and uncomplicated handled! The apartment is super furnished, has everything you need and I think is ideal for couples. It is all clean and you are super well cared for by the lovely hostess. Livingston has everything you need for shopping and is a great place to visit Edinburgh or even Glasgow by train. The train station is quick and easy to reach on foot. We would always come back and make a big recommendation to stay here!

Amazing wee place - highly recommended

What a find! The Nest is beautifully appointed little studio flat. I travelled alone but it would be equally accommodating for a couple. The furnishings and little touches give the place a luxury feel and, importantly, there was no noise at all from the other flats. There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable settee and bed. Rock solid WiFi. Great walks and parks on the doorstep. Emma, the host, has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into offering a relaxing home-from-home. Highly recommended.

Great place to recharge after a day shopping

Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated flat. Had everything you would need and more. Recommend Oscars restaurant for takeaway if don't want to cook.
