Central location, the partner hotel is very nearby with a 24h reception wher we could leve our luggage at the last day.
The hint about the partner hotel could be communicated more explicite. Could avoide waiting time for dropping off luggage.

Nice location. Near citycenter!

Canal view from room very pretty and location to town excellent.
Reception staff very unfriendly. Interrupted check-in process to attend other guests. Unwilling to explain accommodation and room types. Indicated to call a number on the bottom a letter that was then handed over, so that she ´can go back to her work´! She also did not give any information on breakfast or wifi. Certainly not the welcome you expect in such a hotel and for such a rate.

location and breakfast were superb. as was the view from canal side rooms
front desk is only staffed at check in time - 16:00 - 21:00. so if there are any issue with the room or during your stay, you have to walk down the street to the sister hotel - which we had to do to validate our parking on check out day. this one really seemed like a party hotel - rooms were pretty beaten up with missing drapes, odd stains on the carpets (bathroom flood?) and a sticker on the back of the door reminding guests to take condoms, the pill, additional panties, lipstick etc (see photo) - guess it’s trying to be hip / fun etc, but I found it a bit sleezy- probably because I am not the target market as I am too old (?) at 48.

The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacey and we appreciated the water in the free mini-bar. The location was very nice, close to the middle of the old-town with bars and restaurants.
The service was not great, and the unmanned reception hours (which was the majority of hours during our stay) gave a very sloppy impression. Not at all the personals fault, moreso the management.
The exterior building, the facade, was very beautiful, but it was instantly and rougly offsetted by the interior decorations, with signs etc, which were honestly quite absurd and not in a good way. Felt cheap and I was left wondering who this hotel was for? They claim to be a "fancy" four star hotel whilst having really shady stickers and paper signs about how you should "help the finances of the Dormero owners" by reusing your towels. I get that it's supposed to be tongue in cheek, but really, it's just ridiculous and tasteless.
The price was ludicrous for the value. We paid 170€ for one night in a room with no view, a small bathroom with a very small, moldy shower and no trash bin. The room smelled funky and had quite bad air-co. I would've been okay with paying 70-100€ for it, but NEVER 170€.

Location was excellent.
Reception staff were non existent so it was impossible to get issues resolved. There was an problem with the car park and we really had to search for someone to resolve it. They did in the end but it was annoying as we wanted to get to our next appointment.

The breakfast was ok and the location was great
They only have a concierge in the afternoon. The wifi was non existent. The staff was not only not helpful at all, but also very rude, and just handed me a card to call their boss and complain to him. They charged me 2 nights of a double room but I had an individual room the first night. Also the rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay.
And they tried to “fix” all that by giving us “free” breakfast

Room was clean and spacious. Location was beautiful.
Room 401 had no wifi reach. Was no solution for the problem. Payed for parking twice as the machine at the reception was broken and there was nobody in the morning to help. Breakfast price is insane expensive. Bathroom was simple and the windows had no covers.
